Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities

The design documentation provides for: the construction of 2 block, distribution substations BRTP No. 1 (2) -10 / 0,4-2 * 250 kVA with 24 cells of the KSO-298 type, distributed into two sections of RU-10 kV with ATS and two input- UVR-type switchgears based on VA switches on the 0,4kV side. BRTP 1 (10/0,4-2*250kVA), BRTP No. 2 (10/0,4-2*250kVA). 10 kV cable power supply lines are designed according to the "radial" scheme, from the existing 65/110 kV substation-10 substation using a cable of the 2APvP2gu 3 (1x240/70) type. The total length of the cable line is 1,370 km, the overhead line is 0,580 km. The route passes through arable land - 2 lines to the projected supports of overhead lines No. 1A and No. 1B. Transition to the CL with the suppression of the highway by the HDD method to BRTP-1. The length from the existing substation-65 substation 110/10kV by two cable lines of the type 2APvP2gu 3 (1x240/70) is 2,060 km. The route passes through arable land to the projected BRTP-2. The total connected power is 6000 kVA - according to the second category of power supply reliability. Electricity metering is designed on the 10 kV side in the cells of incoming and outgoing lines. To ensure remote monitoring and control of the electromechanical equipment of the BRTP, the Obzor system was adopted as a hardware device, which supports the possibility of data transfer between the BRTP and the central control room of the PES.

Organization of construction

The construction organization project provides for the laying of 10 kV cable lines, cable-overhead lines and the construction of 2 BRTPs. The construction master plan was developed on a scale of 1:500 for the construction period, taking into account the work of the preparatory period. Temporary solid fencing of the construction site is provided in accordance with the requirement of GOST 23407-78. Entry and exit of transport and construction equipment to the construction site is provided from the side of the local road network. At the exit from the construction site, it is planned to wash the wheels of vehicles with a recycling water supply system. Laying of cable lines is provided by underground open and closed way and ground on supports. Earthworks for the construction of pits and trenches are carried out 69,5% - by an excavator of the EK-14 type, with a bucket - 0,5 m3 and 30,5% - manually. Mechanization of construction works - complex, using mechanisms such as: EK-14, KS-35714, KS-7474, DZ-98, Navigator D36x50, AGP-22, BM-202, DU-47B, ASF-K-4-02 . Mode of operation - 2-shift. Storage of materials in open areas with a margin of no more than 5 days is provided. Provision of construction materials is provided from the enterprises of the city's construction industry. Household premises for construction workers, with a maximum number of employees of 34 people, are provided from container-type mobile modules. The total duration of construction, taking into account the work of the preparatory period, is 8 months. It is planned to transport construction waste generated during construction to a licensed solid waste landfill by a specialized organization. The requirements for the organization of the construction site, labor protection and hygiene of construction work, methods of construction work, methods of instrumental control over the quality of construction, labor safety measures, and environmental conditions are met in full. The use of materials and mechanization specified in the project is justified by calculations and conditions for the production of work.
