Planning solution

In connection with the elimination of tram traffic along the road, the working project provides for the dismantling of the tram junction while maintaining a straight section of the track along the street. The planned position of the tram tracks is as close as possible to the existing one. The boundaries of the work are linked in terms of planning and height with the existing tracks on the basis of geodetic surveys. Binding of the planned position of the repaired tram tracks is made in the world coordinate system. The distance between the axes of the tram tracks on straight sections is 3758 mm, the track width is 1524 mm. At the request of the traffic police, instead of the liquidated tram tracks, to ensure the safe crossing of pedestrians on the road in front of the intersection with the street, a safety island 3,1 m wide was arranged.

Vertical layout and drainage

The design marks are taken close to the existing ones with access to the existing marks at the boundaries of the work. The transverse profile is assumed to be gable with a slope of 7-9‰ from the axis to the ramboard. Surface drainage is carried out into the existing storm sewer network through existing storm water wells located in the trays of the roadway. To drain groundwater from the base of the tram tracks, a drainage from polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 110 mm was designed, wrapped with Taipar SF-32 geosynthetic materials, with connection at the boundaries of work to the existing drainage from cast-iron pipes. Existing cast iron drainage pipes within the boundaries of the works are to be dismantled.

Road clothes. Tram track construction

In accordance with the technical specifications, the working draft provides for the following track design: sleeper-crushed stone on a reinforced base; rails of tram type T62; wooden sleepers impregnated with an antiseptic 1680 pcs/km; ballast - crushed granite; geotextile "Taipar" is laid under the sandy base. The rail threads are interconnected by transverse rods of circular cross section. Rubber inserts are inserted under the base and into the sinuses of the rails. HaTelit geosynthetic material 1,8 m wide is laid at the junction of the tram tracks and the roadway along the lower layer of asphalt concrete. To prevent the destruction of the asphalt concrete pavement, joints are made along the rails by milling cast asphalt concrete and filled with bituminous mastic. The rails are welded in a bathtub, followed by grinding of the seams. The project provides for the following design of tram tracks: Cast asphalt concrete, TU 400-24-158-89 - 4 cm; Asphalt concrete fine-grained dense type B M1 GOST 9128-97 * - 5 cm; Coarse-grained porous asphalt concrete grade 1 GOST 9128-97* - 7 cm; Crushed granite brand 1200-1000 fr. 20-40 mm, GOST 8267-93 * - 4 cm; Pine sleeper GOST 78-89 - 18 cm; Crushed granite brand 1200-1000 fr. 20-40 mm, GOST 8267-93 * - 15 cm; Concrete BSG V7,5 P2 F200 W4 D700 GOST 26633-91 * - 16 cm; Crushed granite brand 1200-1000 fr. 40-70 mm, GOST 8267-93 * - 15 cm; Fine sand of class I, GOST 8736-93 *, middle layer - 15 cm; Geosynthetic material Taipar SF-56. Trumbort: Asphalt concrete fine-grained dense type A M1 GOST 9128-97 * - 4 cm; Geogrid HaTelit - 5 cm; Coarse-grained porous asphalt concrete grade 1 GOST 9128-97* - 7 cm; Coarse-grained porous asphalt concrete grade 1 GOST 9128-97* - 4 cm; Pine sleeper GOST 78-89 - 18 cm; Crushed stone granite M 1000, fr. 20-40 mm. GOST 8267-93 * - 15 cm; Concrete BSG V7,5 P2 F200 W4 D700 GOST 26633-91 * - 16 cm; Crushed granite brand 1200-1000 fr. 40-70 mm, GOST 8267-93 * - 15 cm; Fine sand of class I, GOST 8736-93 *, middle layer - 15 cm; Geosynthetic material Taipar SF-56. PWhen installing a new design in the place of elimination of tram tracks, the following design is provided: Asphalt concrete fine-grained dense type A M1 (gabbro) GOST 9128-97 * - 5 cm; Geogrid "Hatelit" 40/17; Coarse-grained porous asphalt concrete grade 1 GOST 9128-97* - 9 cm; Coarse-grained porous asphalt concrete grade 1 GOST 9128-97* - 10 cm; Crushed granite brand 1000 fr. 40-70 mm, GOST 8267-93 * - 26 cm; Fine sand of class I, GOST 8736-93 *, middle layer - 44 cm; Geosynthetic material Taipar SF-56; Hand the island of safety adopted the following design: Asphalt concrete sandy dense type G MII GOST 9128-97 * - 3,5 cm; Highly porous sandy asphalt concrete grade II GOST 9128-97* - 4 cm; Crushed granite brand 600 fr. 40-70 mm, GOST 8267-93 * - 15 cm; Fine sand of class I, GOST 8736-93 *, middle layer - 32 cm; Pabout the existing foundation after dismantling the rail and sleeper grating. To ensure the interface of the new structure with the existing working design, it is planned to mill the existing asphalt concrete pavement of the highway to an average depth of 5 cm, followed by the laying of fine-grained dense asphalt concrete on a Type A grade 1 gabbrodiarite base at the work boundaries. To prevent the formation of cracks at the border of the new tram track structure and the existing roadway structure, the Hatellit 1,7/40 geogrid is laid along the lower layer of asphalt concrete to a width of 17 m. Materials must meet the requirements of the current GOST, TU and other regulatory documents. Replacement of materials is possible only upon agreement with the design organization and the customer.
