General information.

This working documentation is developing a metal hangar 24x60x8,5 m with a beam crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. The functional purpose of the object (metal hangar) is a storage building for storing equipment and accessories for repairs. The adopted volumetric and architectural solutions are determined in accordance with the terms of reference for the design, additional approvals (letters), as well as the plan of the construction site, taking into account the current technical regulations, building codes and rules. The building of the metal hangar is a one-story, rectangular building with dimensions in the axes of 24,0x60,0 m, with a height of 12,43 m in the ridge, designed to store equipment and tools for repairs. The total area of ​​the building is 1485,32 m2. The floor level is taken as a conditional mark of 0.000, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 40,20. The frame of the building is made in the form of a single-span frame with a span of 24,0 m. Frame spacing - 6 m. Roof trusses with a slope of the upper chord of 10% rest on the columns. Runs are laid along the upper chords of the truss structures, to which profiled sheets are attached. Roof trusses are hinged on columns. The frame columns rest rigidly on reinforced concrete foundations. In the longitudinal direction, stiffening blocks with vertical connections between the columns are arranged along all the middle rows of columns. The stability of the pavement is ensured by the installation of vertical braces along the trusses and horizontal braces along the upper chords of the trusses at the ends of the building and a hard disc of the pavement formed by attaching the profiled deck to the girders with self-tapping bolts. The building is equipped with a single-girder electric overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. The level of the rail head is located at el. +8,530. In axes 1-2 / A-D at el. +6,930 there is a repair site, access to which is carried out through an internal open metal staircase of the L-2 type. The building of the metal hangar has two gates measuring 4,0x4,0 m, in which there is a doorway 0,9x2,1 m. 1 according to GOST 10-44 "Bent steel sheet profiles with trapezoidal corrugations for construction". The drain is external organized. According to p.p. 7.2, 7.3 SP 4.13130.2013 “Fire protection systems. Limiting the spread of fire at protected facilities. Requirements for space-planning and design solutions”, in axes 11/G, an external fire escape is provided for access to the roof of the building. Ladder LV2-13.7 (C) is carried out according to the series 1.460.3-6, issue. 0-3. The outer walls of the hangar building are made of three-layer wall sandwich panels 80 mm thick. Panel structure: facing - sheet steel with a color polymeric covering; insulation - mineral wool boards based on the basalt group on a synthetic binder. The coloristic solution of the hangar building is selected and agreed with the customer.
