The main space-planning decisions of the building are determined by the dimensions of the site allotted for construction, linking the designed building with the existing neighboring buildings, and are made taking into account the existing development, in accordance with the design assignment. The projected residential building is 3 storey. On the 1st-3rd floor there are living quarters, an electrical panel room and a heat generator. In the basement there are rooms for technical purposes. The roof is pitched, forming an attic space. The structure of the 3-storey residential building includes apartments and technical premises. The floor height of the residential part is 3,1 m, the underground floor is 2,5 m. The building is made of prefabricated panels of factory-made LSTK, the enclosing walls are 274 mm LSTK panels with effective insulation and a facing layer of fiber cement boards. The total area of ​​apartments on floors 1-3 is less than 500 m. The total number of apartments in the house is 18, including: 1 room - 3, 2 rooms - 7, 3 rooms - 8. The number of types of apartments, the composition of the premises of the apartments and their area are taken according to the design assignment. All apartments are provided with sanitary facilities, bathrooms and kitchens equipped with a gas stove and a gas boiler for heating and hot water supply. Balconies are provided in the apartments in axes 1-4/G-Zh and 6-9/D-Zh. The residential building is equipped with a ladder type L1. External entrances to the building are equipped with ramps. The architectural appearance of the building is designed in a laconic functional style with elements of eclecticism. The facades are symmetrical with accentuated vertical division, emphasized by the volumes of loggias on the facade from the side of the street, and the volumes of stairwells protruding from the plane of the facade from the side of the courtyard facade.
