Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed residential building is located along the boundaries of the site and has the shape of the letter “P” in plan, facing south with its base. The building is 4-storey, with dimensions in terms of 49,2 x 70,8 m, with a cold attic and a basement, which houses a built-in underground parking lot for 71 cars. The entrance to the car park is provided from the south-eastern end of the building from the ground level along an open ramp with a slope of 10%. The part of the car park protruding into the courtyard of the building forms a stylobate, on which terraces are designed for apartments on the 1st floor and entrances to the stairwells of the residential sections of the building separated from them. Entrances are equipped with porches and ramps for people with limited mobility. In the basement, in addition to the underground parking lot, the following are planned: a ventilation chamber, a water metering unit with a pumping station, electrical panels, rooms for storing cleaning equipment and utility rooms. At the entrance to the underground car park, there is a security room with a round-the-clock presence of staff on duty. The building is divided into five sections - two meridional (mirror), two corner and one latitudinal. In residential sections accommodation of one-two - and - three-room apartments is provided. All apartments on the upper floors and ground floor apartments facing the street have glazed balconies. In each section of the stairwells, an exit to the attic is designed. Exit from the attic to the roof is provided through the dormer windows. In the stairwells of the 1st type, elevators of the Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant OJSC were designed. Passenger lifts, load capacity 400/5 kg/person, electric (without machine room). Shafts made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 160mm, with dimensions of 1770x1600mm. Cabin dimensions 900x1250x2100mm. Doors are automatic double-leaf sliding with dimensions 800x2100 mm. A pit 1400 mm deep On the roof in the north-western corner of the building, an individual roof-top boiler house of a container type is provided. The boiler room is installed on an independent ceiling, with sound attenuation and is thus separated from the lower residential floor. The rest of the roof is pitched, with an external drain. Coating - galvanized roofing steel. The outer walls of the car park are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick. The outer walls of the residential floors are made of ordinary brick, large-format, porous stone, 510 mm thick. Finishing - plaster with coloring. Socle - concrete facing tiles "Melikon Polar". Window blocks - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows. The design of the windows provides supply valves. The glazing of the loggias and balconies is single, the design of the bindings is metal-plastic. External doors - metal, insulated, with glazing, individually made, with intercoms. Entrance to the car park is equipped with overhead sectional doors.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of buildings is normal. The building is divided by sedimentary seams into two blocks, designed according to the cross-wall structural scheme. The material of the supporting structures is monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete class B25, F100, for zero-cycle structures W4. The main working fittings of class A400. The maximum wall spacing is 7,2 m. Basement walls: external - monolithic 300 mm thick, internal - monolithic 300 mm thick. External walls - load-bearing brick 510 mm thick, material - brick grade M125 on mortar grade M100. The internal load-bearing walls of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. Part of the walls of the basement and the first floor are displaced relative to each other. The bearing capacity of the walls and floors above the basement with this decision is justified by calculation. The ceiling thickness above the basement was adopted according to the customer's specifications - 600 mm to provide an additional number of parking spaces in the underground parking lot. The ceiling of a typical floor and the attic floor are beamless, 220 mm thick. Covering - truss system of wooden structures. The span of rafter beams is up to 5,0 m. The rigidity of the coating structure is ensured with the help of steel racks and vertical ties. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of transverse and longitudinal load-bearing walls, external brick walls and hard floor disks. The design of the stairs is monolithic reinforced concrete marches resting on monolithic reinforced concrete platforms. Elevator shafts - monolithic reinforced concrete, 160 mm thick. The calculation of load-bearing structures and the foundation was performed using the SCAD11.3 software package, taking into account the joint work of the building with the foundation. The required fire resistance of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures is confirmed by calculations. The foundations are taken on a natural basis in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 600 mm thick. The average pressure on the base is 11,3 tf/m2. A 100 mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the foundation. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of +52,900. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundation is the EGE-6 soil (silty sandy loam) with φ = 28o, c = 1,5 kg/cm2, e = 0,337, E = 500 kg/cm2. The design resistance of the foundation soil is 2,5 kg/cm2. The concrete surface is protected from capillary moisture by two layers of bituminous mastic. The project provides for near-foundation drainage. The expected settlement of the building is 1,3 cm. The thickness of the compressible thickness is 4,5 m. There is no surrounding development in the 30-meter zone from the projected building. The service life of load-bearing structures is 50 years. The service life of the outer wall structures is 50 years.
