General information.

Foundations: monolithic reinforced concrete pads. The external walls of the technical underground are monolithic reinforced concrete walls 300 mm thick with Penoplex foundation insulation 50 mm thick. External walls are above altitude. -0,180 - autoclave-hardening cellular block in accordance with GOST 3160-2007 D600, 400 mm thick, insulated with Izover FACADE mineral wool insulation, 50 mm thick. Floor slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 220 mm. The internal load-bearing walls are made of solid, ceramic brick. Internal inter-apartment walls - autoclaved cellular block in accordance with GOST 3160-2007 D600 with a thickness of 200, 300 mm. Partitions – tongue-and-groove slabs 100 mm thick. Bathroom partitions are tongue-and-groove, hydrophobized slabs 100 mm thick. Stairs are prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is gable, made of metal tiles with an organized drainage system. Windows - PVC according to GOST 30674-99 with triple glazing. Doors – wooden laminated according to GOST 6629-88, GOST 24698-81; steel individual fireproof certified. Exterior finishing – surface for painting. Interior finishing - wallpapering, water-based painting, glazed tiles. The strength of the frame elements of a residential building is ensured, in accordance with the calculations performed, by assigning the necessary sections to ensure their strength and crack resistance. The concrete class is adopted in accordance with GOST 26633-91*. Reinforcing bars are accepted according to GOST 5781-82. The stability of the system is ensured on the basis of calculations taking into account the design lengths of the elements corresponding to the adopted design scheme. The spatial rigidity and stability of the system in the longitudinal and transverse directions is ensured by rigid joints connecting monolithic floors and columns with foundations. The external walls of the residential building are made of autoclaved cellular block with insulation with mineral wool slabs, bark beetle plaster and painted with weather-resistant paints. The windows are plastic with three-layer glazing. Entrance doors are coated steel. The roof is gable, corrugated. Exterior color scheme - according to the color scheme of the facades. The decoration of the premises according to the project is provided by simple, laconic means, depending on the functional purpose of the premises. The materials used provide a certain aesthetic level of the premises and meet sanitary requirements for safety and ease of cleaning.
