General information.

On a typical floor, 5 apartments are designed with a total area of ​​223 m2 with a set of rooms 3-2-2-2-2. The body has plan dimensions along the axes of 24,90 x 12,96 m. The maximum height to the parapet is 18,41 m in relative elevations. Structurally, a residential building is a rigid wall system with load-bearing walls united by floor discs. Horizontal loads through the floors are absorbed by longitudinal and transverse walls. The overall stability and geometric immutability of the building is ensured by the joint work of transverse and longitudinal monolithic reinforced concrete walls and monolithic floor discs. The walls are rigidly clamped into the foundations. The building is designed with a technical underground for wiring networks. In addition, it provides for the placement of a storage room for fluorescent lamps, ITP, and a pumping station. The total area of ​​the technical underground of the building is less than 300 m2, so there is one emergency exit directly outside. The clear height of the technical underground is 2,39 m. The project does not provide for a technical attic. Exits to the roof are from the stairwells. Roll roofing with internal drainage. For differences in roof heights of more than 1,5 m, organized external drains with electrical heating in winter are designed. A fence of at least 1200 mm is provided on the roofs. The design specifications do not provide for a waste chute. In the buildings, all floors are residential and have a height of 2,9 m. For communication between floors, ordinary staircases of type L1 with exit to the outside through the lobby are designed in each building. The roof of a residential building is rolled with internal drainage. The slope towards the funnels of the internal drainage is created by a screed made of clay concrete. For differences in roof heights of more than 1,5 m, organized external drains with electrical heating in winter were designed. Thermal insulation of the roof of a residential building is made of mineral wool slabs, followed by protection with a reinforced screed made of CPR. A vapor barrier is provided along the covering slab.
