General information.

The structural system of the building is frame-wall. The load-bearing structures of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete. The spatial rigidity and stability of a monolithic frame is ensured by the joint work of vertical and horizontal frame elements - the functions of the rigidity core are performed by the walls of staircase-elevator units and pylons, rigidly connected to monolithic reinforced concrete floors. The building has a responsibility level of KS-2, which is taken into account in the calculation by the reliability coefficient for responsibility γn=1,0. The calculation of the building was carried out using a numerical method in accordance with regulatory requirements in a volumetric formulation, taking into account the joint operation of the “foundation-foundation-building” system in the “SCAD 21” software package. The building has an L-shaped configuration in plan, dimensions 77,05x79,10 m. The floor height is: 1st floor - 3,15 m (from floor to floor); 2nd – 3rd floors – 3,15 m (from floor to floor); 4th floor - 2,92 m (in the light - from floor to ceiling). basement - 1,22-2,57 m (from floor to ceiling). The height of the building (from the passage level to the window sill of the top floor) is 12,55 m. The maximum height of a residential building (from the zero mark to the top of the roof parapet) is 14,41 m.
