Architectural and space-planning solutions

The existing building of the sports school for children and youth of the Olympic Reserve is 1-2 storey, brick T-shaped in plan, built in 1971. The project provides for the reconstruction of the school building, in terms of the extension of the sports hall to the existing school building from the southern and eastern walls of the courtyard facades, the reconstruction of the existing right wing of the school with the device of the second level (mezzanine) in the part of the existing small sports hall and the extension of the ITP premises at the junction of the walls north and east facades. Reconstruction of part of the building is provided to increase the space and facilities for sports, including rhythmic gymnastics. The extension of the sports hall is designed rectangular in plan with dimensions in the axes of 36,88 x 24,44 m, the height from the planning ground level to the top of the parapet mark is 12,2 m. with fastening to the frame columns made of rolled steel beams. A large two-height sports hall with an area of 150 m757,0 and a height of 2 m was designed in the annex. In the sports hall at the junction with the existing building, along the longitudinal axis, a mezzanine was designed, with the placement of shower rooms, changing rooms, inventory rooms on the first level under the mezzanine. The mezzanine has a balcony, a server room and a ventilation chamber. On the first floor of the reconstructed part of the building with dimensions in the axes of 14,35 x 8,22 m, adjacent to the extension, a small double-height sports hall with an area of 153,91 m2, changing rooms, showers were designed. In the second level (mezzanine) - a medical office, a coaching room, a ventilation chamber, a teacher's room. Entrances to the large and small sports halls are designed from the side of the reconstructed part. The second entrances are provided with the device of external porches and ramps. On the second level - a mezzanine with a balcony - the entrance is designed along the existing stairs. The second emergency exit is through the external and internal metal stairs. Internal partitions are designed of two types: plasterboard on a metal frame filled with mineral wool boards, and in wet rooms - brick. Ceilings - suspended type ARMSTRONG. Window filling elements - window blocks with double-glazed windows. External doors - metal insulated, internal - paneled. Interior finishing of walls and staircase surfaces, flooring are designed with certified materials that have sanitary and fire certificates and take into account the purpose of the premises. The facade of the sports hall extension is made of sandwich panels according to the color agreed with the customer. Socle - lining with artificial cement stone. The facade of the reconstructed part - insulation with a mineral plate with plastering and painting with facade paints. The roof is flat, with an internal drain, the coating is rolled. Thermal protection of enclosing structures and filling elements is designed taking into account the requirements of SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". Measures are envisaged to organize the accessibility of the building to the disabled, including wheelchair users. The height parameters of the building correspond to those permitted by the Land Use and Development Rules. The extension of an individual heating point is designed with dimensions in terms of 4,69 x 2,50 m. The height of the extension from the level of the surface of the blind area to the upper level of the roof is 3,940 m. Drainage from the roof - external unorganized. Exterior walls made of aerated concrete blocks. Finishing of the facade - a plaster layer with facade paints.

Structural and space-planning solutions

In accordance with the technical conclusion on the examination of existing structures, the existing school building was built in 1971 according to the column-wall structural scheme. At the time of the survey, the building is in operation. The load-bearing walls and columns are made of solid red brick with cement-sand mortar, the column spacing is 6,0 m. The state is operational. Ceilings and roofing - prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs, supported by transverse walls and reinforced concrete beams, working condition. The foundations of the building - on a natural basis, free-standing, columnar, reinforced concrete of class B12 concrete, with foundation beams for brick walls, condition - efficient. The building is assigned to the II category of the technical condition of the structures. Building structures are suitable for operation without reinforcement. The project provides for the elimination of all defects and damages identified during the survey. On the top of the outer walls along the axes 1 and B of the existing building at elevations +6.100 and +8.400, a device of monolithic reinforced concrete belts 300 mm high made of B15 class concrete was designed. Fachwerk racks are arranged along them - from rolled I-beams for fastening enclosing structures in the form of sandwich panels. The reconstruction project provides for an extension to the main building of the sports hall, the premises of the ITP and the installation of a mezzanine in the small sports hall on the right wing of the school building. Sedimentary seams are provided between the attached structures and the school building. Responsibility level – II, normal. The sports hall is designed from steel structures according to the frame-and-braced structural scheme. The frame columns are designed with a step of 6,0 m from rolled steel I-beams. Vertical connections - from paired corners. The covering of the building is in the form of steel trusses made of closed bent-welded profiles with a span of 21,9 m, purlins made of rolled channels and profiled flooring. Floor beams - from steel rolling I-beams and channels. The ceiling is designed from profiled flooring on steel beams. Enclosing structures of the sports hall are designed from sandwich panels 150mm thick. Panels are mounted to metal structures with self-tapping screws according to the manufacturer's technology. The main load-bearing structures of the building of a small sports hall are designed in the form of racks and main and secondary beams from rolled I-beams and channels. Overlapping - from the pro-thinned-out flooring. Rigidity and stability of the frame is ensured by rigid pinching of the columns into the foundations, frame nodes of the frame in the transverse direction, in the longitudinal direction by vertical ties, and a hard disk of the cover. The ITP room is designed in steel structures according to a frame structural scheme. Racks and crossbars are designed from bent-welded rectangular profiles. Grid of columns 1,5 x 2,3 m. Covering - profiled flooring. Enclosing structures of ITP are designed from aerated concrete D500, B1,5, F25 with a thickness of 300 mm. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the SCAD11.3 computer system. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of 8.400 m. The foundations were designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the reconstruction site. The foundations are taken on a natural basis, for the sports hall - band foundations made of monolithic reinforced concrete of class B20, F100, W6; for ITP - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab made of concrete class B15, F100, W6 with a thickness of 200mm. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm and crushed stone preparation with a thickness of 200 mm. The soils at the base of the foundations are silty bulk sands, brownish-gray sandy loam with brick fragments, compacted with a design resistance of 1,0 kg / cm2, 3,3 m thick, underlain by medium-sized sands up to 1,3 m thick. The average pressure on the foundation soil is 0,48 kg/cm2. The expected draft is 2,0 cm. The maximum level of groundwater is at a depth of 1,5 m. Groundwater is not aggressive towards concrete of normal permeability.
