Office centers - one of the types of administrative buildings that are intended to be located in their complex of offices of various companies, various enterprises, organizations, offices, individuals, insurance companies, banks, communications enterprises, judicial authorities, advertising and other agencies, design and scientific organizations . They can house one or more institutions and organizations (blocked and cooperative buildings), in practice universal buildings are widely used. The main requirements for the design of a modern office complex are: areas of site limitation; communications passing through the territory; red lines of streets; limited building area and number of storeys of the building; room insolation, etc. After the stage of determining the design solution for the shape of the building, calculating the technical and economic indicators, it is necessary to calculate the number of open and closed parking spaces. When developing a floor plan for an office building, the fire compartment should be no more than 1200 sq.m., the column spacing should be at least 6m, smoke-free stairs should be located in each of the compartments, the depth of the premises should not exceed 10m. The artistic expressiveness of high-rise objects is facilitated by the plastic separation of the lower and upper floors, the opposition of deaf massive objects to glazed facades.
