Three residential buildings (buildings No. 3.2.1, 3.2.2-6, 3.2.7) are designed in the north-eastern part of site No. 1 of quarter No. 20 of the SWHR as a single complex. All three buildings together form a linear symmetrical composition along the intra-block passage, on which their main facades face and separate the courtyard space, which houses two preschool educational institutions for 220 places each, from the common areas of the block. Building No. 3.2.7 is the right wing of this group of residential buildings. . The static calculation of the load-bearing structures of the building was performed using the Structure CAD program in accordance with SP 52-103-2007 and STO 36554501-006-2006. The horizontal movement of the top is -1,3 cm, the acceleration of the vibrations of the building structures arising from the pulsation of the velocity pressure of the wind is 0,06 m/s2, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The foundations of the buildings are monolithic reinforced concrete strip grillages 650 mm high on a pile foundation.
