Architectural and space-planning solutions

A multi-apartment residential building with built-in premises was designed according to the CONTACT-SP series. The building is detached, U-shaped in plan, consists of seven adjoining sections (3 sections - 7-storey and 4 sections - 9-storey). The maximum height of the residential sections is 21,80 and 27,80 m from ground level to the top of the parapet, respectively. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of 67.70, is taken. The technical underground with a height of 2,25 m from floor to floor is designed to accommodate engineering equipment, laying engineering networks. On the first floor, the following are designed: entrance groups of the premises of the residential part of the building, waste collection chambers, electrical panel, apartments, in three nine-story sections - built-in office premises. From the 2nd to the 7th-9th floors, apartments are designed in all sections. The height of all above-ground floors is 3,0 m. Each apartment has a balcony or loggia. On the roof in the area of ​​the stair-lift units, superstructures were designed to accommodate the machine rooms of the elevators and exits to the roof. For vertical communication between the floors, each section is provided with a staircase L1 with access to the ground level, and a passenger-and-freight elevator. Access to the premises of the technical underground is provided through isolated external flights of stairs located in the pits. Entrances to the built-in premises are designed from the side of the street. External walls - from three-layer panels of the "Contact SP" system with the texture of crushed limestone. Roofing - from rolled materials. The cover is flat, combined, with an organized internal drain. Internal partitions - from silicate expanded clay and aerated concrete blocks of various thicknesses, depending on the functional purpose of the premises. Filling of window openings - window blocks made of PVC-profile with double-glazed windows. Interior decoration of premises - in accordance with their functional purpose.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The building of a residential building is designed from large-panel elements of the E-1258 "Contact-SP" series, and is divided by a sedimentary seam into 2 blocks. The structural scheme of buildings is a cross-wall system. The maximum step of the bearing walls is 7,2 m. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the transverse load-bearing walls, longitudinal internal non-bearing walls, which serve as stiffening diaphragms and horizontal disks of interfloor floors. The rigidity of the floor discs is ensured by connecting the slabs to each other with metal overhead parts welded to the mortgages and hinges of the slabs and sealing the seams between the prefabricated elements. The outer walls of the above-ground part of the building from the 0,000 mark are three-layer reinforced concrete panels made of heavy concrete with mineral wool insulation, with flexible ties connecting the outer and inner reinforced concrete layers, and frost resistance grade F50. Non-bearing hinged longitudinal panels with a thickness of 300 mm are floor-by-floor based on floor slabs. Bearing end and risalit panels - 350 mm thick. The internal walls of the above-ground part of buildings from the 0,000 mark are reinforced concrete panels with a thickness of 160 mm and 200 mm. Interfloor floors and coverings - prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow flooring with a thickness of 220 mm.  Conjugation of load-bearing wall panels and floor slabs - in the form of a platform joint. Connection of prefabricated elements - with the help of steel assembly ties, followed by embedding the joints with fine-grained concrete B20. The walls of the technical underground are made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25; F50; W4; thickness of external walls - 450 mm with external insulation; thickness of internal walls - 250 mm. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Elevator shafts, ventilation blocks, sanitary cabins - voluminous from prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks. The foundation was adopted on a natural basis in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 600 mm thick with a thickening up to 900 mm in the area of ​​the expansion joint. Concrete - B25; W4; F50. A 100 mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the foundation slab. In places where bulk soil is found under the base of the foundation, design solutions provide for the replacement of bulk soil with medium-sized sand with layer-by-layer compaction. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 67.70. In accordance with the technical report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundation is light silty loam with gravel, pebbles, hard (EGE 2) with characteristics e = 0,447; E=220 kg/cm2; φ=31 deg; c=0,93 kg/cm2. At the construction site, there is a previously completed pile field and strip grillages. The project documentation provides for the dismantling of existing grillages that fall within the boundaries of the designed foundation, and the felling of piles at a level of 500 mm below the base of the foundation, followed by backfilling with compacted medium-grained sand. Design solutions provide coating waterproofing of concrete surfaces in contact with the ground. The expected draft of the designed building is 2,7 cm. Residential houses are located at a distance of 16,3 m and 19,8 m from the designed building. Specialists surveyed part of the buildings that fall into the 30-meter zone of influence. Categories of the technical condition of the building of the surveyed parts of buildings - 2. Impact on the surrounding development is not expected. Design solutions provide for monitoring of existing buildings.
