Space-planning solutions.

The residential building consists of four typical 9-storey sections. According to the layout and set of apartments on the floor, sections 3-1-1-1-2, 1-1-1-1-2, 2-1-1-2-2, 3-2-2-2 are accepted. The height of the floor is 2,8m, which ensures the height of the premises is 2,5m. The house has a technical underground and an attic. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint operation of fixed floor hard disks with a cross system of load-bearing external and internal walls. When developing residential buildings, technical solutions of the 90 series were used. The project provides for the installation of a reinforced seam and a monolithic belt. Spatial schemes of buildings, as well as the main load-bearing elements, are adopted according to the 90 series. Step of longitudinal walls: 5,70; 1,57; 1,43; 3,6 m, transverse: 3,0; 3,6 m External and internal load-bearing walls made of prefabricated single-layer reinforced concrete panels 160mm thick. The rigidity of the spatial scheme of the building is ensured by the joint work of all structural elements: external wall panels are attached to each other using mounting elements in two levels; end external wall panels are fastened with floor panels using embedded and anchor loops; external wall panels are attached to the internal ones in two levels; internal wall panels are attached to each other using mounting elements in the upper level. Prefabricated reinforced concrete floor panels 160mm thick rest on the walls on three and four sides. The fastening of floor panels between themselves and wall panels is carried out by welding mounting and anchor loops, embedded parts through mounting elements. Wall panels are made of heavy concrete class. B20, floor panels - from heavy concrete class. B15. Installation of prefabricated panels is carried out according to the nodes of the 90 series, part 9, section 9.1-7 and the nodes of KPD-Kaliningrad LLC. Coating slabs are adopted according to series 1.141-1 issue 60. Ventilation blocks - prefabricated reinforced concrete grades VV1b according to series 90, grades VV2 according to the drawings of standard developments of KPD-Kaliningrad LLC. Flights of stairs according to the series 1.151.1-6. Landings - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the drawings of KPD-Kaliningrad LLC. Technical underground walls made of prefabricated reinforced concrete plinth wall panels 160 mm thick, developed by KPD-Kaliningrad LLC. The walls of the technical attic are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete attic panels with a thickness of 160 mm, as well as from silicate brick of three-hollow thickened ordinary grade SUR-100/25 GOST 379-95 on a cement-sand mortar M 100. The parapet on the roof is made of prefabricated elements. The foundations for a residential building are designed as strip foundations on a natural foundation for a standard pressure on the foundation soil of 2,0 kgf / cm². Strip foundations made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs in accordance with GOST 13580-85 and concrete blocks in accordance with GOST 13579-78. Lay the foundation slabs on a 100 mm thick preparation of crushed stone rammed into the ground, starting from the deeper part. Monolithic seals between the slabs of strip foundations should be made of concrete of class B15, W6 with reinforcement with meshes of reinforcement 10AIII (A400 GOST 5781-82) with a cell of 100x100. For monolithic embeddings, prepare 100 mm thick concrete of class B7,5. At elev. -2.970 a reinforced joint 50 mm thick is made of concrete class B15, W6 on fine aggregate with reinforcement with longitudinal reinforcement Ø 12 AIII (A400) with a step of 100 mm and transverse - Ø 6 AI (A240) with a step of 300 mm. A monolithic belt 150 mm high is made at elevation -0,250 from concrete class B15 and reinforced with spatial frames. Longitudinal, transverse and mounting rods of frames made of reinforcement Ø 6 AI (A 240 GOST 5781-82). The designed walls of the technical underground are prefabricated reinforced concrete basement wall panels 160 mm thick made of heavy concrete class B20. Finishing of the premises and engineering equipment of the apartments are provided by the turnkey project, they correspond to the customer's task, construction and social standards. Finishing of the premises of the main purpose: 3. living rooms, hallways and corridors: floors - laminate; walls - paper wallpapers of improved quality; ceilings - water-based paint; 4. kitchens: floors - laminate; walls - paper wallpapers of improved quality (working front above the kitchen equipment - ceramic tiles 750 mm high); ceilings - water-based paint; 5. bathrooms, latrines and combined sanitary facilities: floors - ceramic tiles; walls - water-based paint (at a height of 1.7 m from the finished floor, a panel of ceramic tiles is made; ceilings - water-based paint. 6. balconies: floors - ceramic tiles, walls - Avangard-F polymer plaster, ceiling - lime paint.
