Constructive decisions.
The foundations of the building are tape monolithic and columnar prefabricated-monolithic. The load-bearing frame of the garage consists of steel columns and hinged trusses. External walls are made of three-layer panels "THERMOPANEL" with mineral wool insulation based on basalt fiber. Internal walls - 380 mm and 120 mm thick made of solid ceramic bricks, grade M75 on mortar grade I50. Internal walls - 200 mm thick from cellular foam concrete. Socle - from clay ordinary brick of plastic pressing M100, Mrz-50 on mortar M50, 380 mm thick with insulation - 50 mm thick. Gates - lifting-sectional with dimensions 3.5x4.3(h) and 2.5x2.3(h) Windows - individual. Doors - individual. Ceilings - in axes 6 -8 of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs. Lintels - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the series 1.038 1-1 issue. 1, 2. Floors - concrete, linoleum, ceramic tiles. The roof - from the roofing panels "THERMOPANEL" - single-pitched. Interior finishing - water-based, oil, glazed tiles according to GOST 6241-82*.
