Architectural and space-planning solutions

A 4-storey building of an elevated open parking lot is designed, rectangular in plan, with protruding volumes of stairwells on the western facade and a protruding oval volume of double-track circular ramps on the eastern facade. The dimensions of the building in the extreme axes are 72,0 x 33,0 m. The height of the building from the planleveling mark of the ground to the top of the parapet of the main volume - 12,1 m, to the top of the parapet of the ramp volume - 15,6 m. The load-bearing structures of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete in fixed formwork made of chip-cement slabs. The design of the external walls in terms of heated rooms is a multi-layered reinforced concrete wall in a fixed formwork of chip-cement slabs, insulation on the outside and cement-sand plaster on a grid inside and out. The plinth is lined with porcelain stoneware slabs. The external fences of the storage floors are steel lattice. Window fillings of LK and ramps - PVC profiles with single glazing, heated rooms - with double-glazed windows. External doors and gates are steel. The cover is flat, with external organized drains. Roofing - asphalt concrete with mastic waterproofing and Roofing of the ramp volume - non-operated roll. Spillway - organized on the exploited roof. The building has two staircases of the L1 type and one smoke-free staircase of the H3 type inside the volume formed by circular ramps. On the ground floor there are premises for: security, fire equipment, ventilation chambers and with separate entrances, storage of cleaning equipment, administration offices. There is an independent entrance to the storage rooms on the ground floor, to the second, third and fourth floors and to the roof, which is also used for storing cars, through a double-track circular ramp with an independent entrance. 

Structural and space-planning solutions

The structural scheme of the multi-level open parking lot is frame-wall. The building - without a basement, in the transverse direction - six-span. All load-bearing structures of the building core are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. Concreting is provided in a fixed formwork made of 35 mm thick chip-cement slabs of the Rosstrovelox system. The structures are made of concrete B25, W4, F100, working reinforcement A400 and A240. The building was designed mainly without facade walls with a steel grating fence. Walls - with a double-sided finishing with a plaster layer 25 mm thick with painting, in heated rooms - with insulation with a layer of expanded polystyrene 100 mm thick. The outer walls of the basement are finished with porcelain stoneware slabs. Columns - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 330 x 530 and 330 x 430 mm in increments of 5,0 x 5,0 m. Ceilings - continuous coffered slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete, consisting of ribs of various sections, united at the top with a slab 80 mm thick. The main ribs along the digital and letter axes - with a section of 330-430 x 430 mm, the rest - with a section of 120 x 295 mm - are designed along the digital axes with a step of 500 mm. The height of the ribs is indicated taking into account the thickness of the slab. The walls of the stairs and the outer walls of the building are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 150 mm thick. Internal walls - from monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm and 150 mm thick. The walls of the ramp are reinforced with pylons. The ramp ramp is designed as a spiral slab 200 mm thick supported by walls of external and internal diameters and radial beams with a cross section of 330 x 400-430 mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the rigid coupling of all reinforced concrete elements of the building core and the joint work of columns, ramp walls, floor disks with stiffness cores formed by the walls of the stairwells. Structural calculations were performed on the certified software package "Lira" v.9.6 in a finite element model. The level of responsibility of buildings is the second (normal). The service life of buildings is assumed to be at least 100 years. The mark of the floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of 0,000, was taken as 17.45. The foundation was developed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The foundation is a slab of monolithic reinforced concrete 450 mm thick. The absolute mark of the bottom of the foundation is 17.235. Concrete B25, W8, F100, working reinforcement A400, A240. The average pressure on the sole is 6,0 t/m2. Preparation for the foundation - from a layer of monolithic concrete B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm over a layer of crushed stone with a thickness of 500 mm. The base of the foundation is silty sands, dense, moist and saturated with water (EGE 2) with e = 0,55, E = 280 kgf / cm2, φII = 34 ° and fine sands of medium density, wet and saturated with water (EGE 3) with e = 0,61, 330, E = 2 kgf / cmXNUMX, φII = 34°. Estimated soil resistance at the base of the foundation is not less than 37,6 tf/m2. To exclude the negative influence of the forces of frost heaving, the blind area and floors are insulated with a layer of foam. The maximum level of groundwater is near the surface of the earth at an absolute mark of 17.00. Groundwater is moderately aggressive in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide, slightly aggressive in terms of the hydrogen index and the content of sulfates to concrete of normal permeability. Protection of the building from the aggressiveness of groundwater and dampness: underground structures made of W8 concrete; rolled waterproofing of the sole of the foundation slab. The expected design settlement of the building is 8,0 cm, the relative difference of the settlement is 0,00064, the depth of the compressible soil thickness is 18,6 m, the roll of the building is 0,0003, which is within acceptable limits. The parking lot is designed at a distance of 25 m from the five-story building on strip foundations of the second stage of construction and at a distance of 9 m from the BKTP building on a slab foundation. Due to the remoteness of the existing five-story building, the construction of the parking lot is provided without negative impact on the static work of the soil base. The additional draft of the BKTP will be 1,6 cm. The design documentation provides for construction monitoring. The design solutions for the main load-bearing structures are taken reasonably, confirmed by calculations, comply with the requirements of the current regulatory and technical documents and can provide conditions for normal operation.
