Architectural and space-planning solutions

Multi-storey car parks are a five-storey building with plan dimensions of 146,5 x 45,0 m and a height of 20,35 m. m and extensions on both sides with dimensions in terms of 42,0 x 127,5 m with a height of 45,0 m, designed to accommodate production sites serving parking lots and administrative premises (premises of the Management Company and premises of the All-Russian Society of Motorists (VOA) All parking floors are designed to accommodate parking spaces. The total number of parking spaces is 9,0, including 16,5 parking spaces for MGN.Engineering and technical premises (water metering units, heating points), maintenance and TR areas, car wash area, tire fitting area, alarm installation area, cafe for customers, premises of the Management Company and premises of the BOA. The outer walls of car parks are made of metal cassettes on a metal frame and Rannila-type corrugated board (the parking building itself). The enclosing structures of the outbuildings are a hinged glass facade on a metal frame. The roof is flat, unexploited, with an internal drain and a rolled waterproofing carpet, with a heated drainage system in the unheated part of the building. Socle - concrete unheated, with external finishing with ceramic granite. Windows - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows. Gate - lifting-sectional with a gate. External doors - metal-plastic. Measures are provided to ensure the accessibility of the building for people with limited mobility.

Structural and space-planning solutions

This project provides for the addition of the fifth floor in the unfinished 4-storey car park building. 1-2-storey extensions to it are subject to dismantling. On the site of the dismantled one-story extension, a five-story parking building is being designed. Two five-story extensions are being designed to the complex of parking lots on both sides. The level of responsibility of the building is II, normal. Existing building survey completed. The building is a tie frame made in precast concrete with a grid of columns 6 x 9 m. The existing foundations are piled, piles up to 20 m long. Grillage - monolithic reinforced concrete cluster. The basis of the tip of the piles are silty gray sandy loam with gravel, pebbles, with nests of sand with interlayers of loam, solid. The state is operational. Verification calculations established that the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is sufficient to absorb additional loads from the reconstruction of the building. Existing columns with a section of 400 x 400 mm, working condition. The state of individual columns and junction nodes of the frame columns in height is recognized as limited operational. During the reconstruction, connected with the superstructure of one floor, it is necessary to strengthen the columns at the level of the first floor. About 60% of the crossbars are in working condition, the technical condition of the rest is limited working condition. Prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs and coatings are in a limited working condition and require reinforcement. The load-bearing steel structures of the ramps are in a limited working condition. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building with interfloor ceilings. The building is assigned to the second category of the technical condition of structures. A geotechnical feasibility study for the construction has been completed. The geotechnical category of the reconstructed building is the second. The additional settlement of a building built on one floor and falling into the zone of influence of new construction does not exceed the maximum allowable value of 3 cm. The maximum value of the additional draft is 1,5 cm. The project for the production of works provides for the dismantling of the ground structures of the existing extensions and the one-story building and the dismantling of the hinged panels of the four-story building being reconstructed. A project was completed to reinforce the existing load-bearing structures in accordance with the recommendations for the survey, which provides for: reinforcement of columns and crossbars with steel clips; device of portal communications; reinforcement of ceilings and ramps by installing a concrete block of class B 20 concrete with a thickness of 80 mm; installation of new reinforced concrete floor slabs to replace the dismantled ones. The superstructure of the existing building is designed in steel structures. The constructive scheme is connected. Columns made of square steel pipes are rigidly attached to the existing framework. Crossbars - from rolled I-beams, the coupling of crossbars with columns is articulated. The superstructure is covered with profiled flooring along beams with a step of 3 m. The new building is designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures and consists of two blocks separated by expansion joints. Sedimentary seams are provided between the existing and planned buildings and extensions. The constructive scheme of the building is frame-and-bonded. Grid of columns 9,0 x 5,1 ÷ 7,5 m. Columns with a section of 500 x 500 mm, ceilings - with a thickness of 200 and 220 mm along beams with a section of 500 x 600 (H) mm, stiffening diaphragms - with a thickness of 200 mm from concrete of class B25 , F100, W4. Ventilation chambers are provided on the roof of the building. Structural scheme - a steel tie frame made of rolled profiles, coating - profiled flooring along the girders with a step of 1.5 m. External fencing - wall sandwich panels. One of the outbuildings is made in monolithic reinforced concrete, like the building being designed. The second extension is a bonded steel frame with a frame spacing of 3÷6 m. Columns and beams - from rolled profiles. Spatial rigidity and stability are ensured by the joint work of vertical structures, ties and floor hard disks. Ceilings - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm and 120 mm on fixed formwork from profiled flooring. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers. Elevators - monolithic reinforced concrete. Firewall walls - made of aerated concrete class B2,5, F50 - are attached to the building frame with flexible ties with anti-corrosion coating. The enclosing structures of the building are designed from metal cassettes on a steel frame and profiled sheet, the enclosing structures of the extensions are a hinged facade from a stained glass system on a steel frame. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the SCAD software package. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 27.050. Engineering and geological surveys at the construction site have been completed. The foundations are piled, with monolithic reinforced concrete cluster grillages 1,0 ÷ 1,2 m high, united by foundation beams. Under the grillage, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7,5, 100 mm thick. Piles - driven, prefabricated reinforced concrete, section 35 x 35 cm, length 18÷21 m from the bottom of the grillage. The connection between the piles and the grillage is rigid. Part of the piles within the 20 m protective zone of the existing building is immersed by indentation. The material of piles and grillages is concrete of class B25, F150, W6, reinforcement of classes AIII and AI. The design load on the pile is assumed to be 70 tf and confirmed by tests of the piles with a static indentation load. The basis of the tip of the piles is silty gray sandy loam with gravel, pebbles, with sand nests with interlayers of loam, hard (E = 180 kgf / cm2, IL = -0,19, e = 0,368). The foundation of the extension, made in steel structures, is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick made of concrete of class B25, F150, W6. At the base of the slab, a concrete preparation 100 mm thick is arranged along a layer of compacted crushed stone (200 mm) and sand (500 mm) preparation. The expected design settlement of the building will be 3 cm. The maximum position of the groundwater level during periods of heavy rainfall is expected at a depth of 0,1 m. Groundwater is moderately aggressive in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide and slightly aggressive in terms of the content of sulfates in relation to concrete of normal permeability. The project provides for the use of low-permeability concrete, coated waterproofing of surfaces in contact with the ground. The normative depth of soil freezing is 1,6 m.
