Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of a multi-level open-type car park is intended for short-term accommodation of 704 cars. The building is detached, in plan it has the shape of a rectangular trapezoid, four-story, without a basement, with the volume of floors decreasing upwards. The maximum building height from ground level to the top floor parapet is 13,0 m. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of 21.30, is taken. On the ground floor with a height of 3,0 m, service and amenity premises, a parking lot, and premises for engineering equipment are designed. From the second to the fourth floor (3,0 m high) parking spaces are provided. For vertical communication between floors and evacuation, 5 staircases L1 are provided with access to the street, an external metal staircase of type 3 and an elevator unit with two passenger-and-freight elevators. Car entry is provided by two single-track ramps with a pedestrian passage area. The coating is flat, combined, with an organized internal drain. Roofing - from rolled materials. The roof sections above the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are covered with artificial turf. Access to the roof is provided through superstructures from the stairwells. Interior decoration of premises - in accordance with their functional purpose. The facades of the building are finished with a vertical aluminum lattice structure, which provides cross-ventilation of the premises. Measures are provided to ensure the living conditions of the MGN: entrances to the building are provided from the ground level, elevators with a cabin size of 2,0 x 1,0 m, bathrooms for the MGN, parking spaces in the parking lot.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The buildings of a multi-level open parking lot are designed according to a frame structural scheme and are divided into two blocks by an expansion joint. The spatial rigidity and stability of the car park building is ensured by the rigid coupling of the columns with the foundation, the presence of stiffening cores formed by the walls of the stair-lift units, and the hard disks of the floor and roof. The frame columns are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete with a section from 400×400 mm to 400×1000 mm. The main grid of columns is 8,4 x 8,4 m; the maximum grid of columns is 8,4 x 9,0 m. The walls of the stairwells are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete. The walls of the elevator shafts are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick. Floors and roofing of the parking lot - prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs 265 mm thick, based on monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a section of 2400 (1400) x 500 (h) mm and monolithic reinforced concrete sections 300 mm thick with capitals 500 mm thick (in the areas of support on columns) and beams. A reinforced screed 70 mm thick is provided on top of prefabricated slabs and monolithic sections of floors. Concrete of monolithic structures of the above-ground part of the building B40; F150. Concrete of monolithic structures of the underground part of the building B40, W6; F150. The calculation of structures was carried out on the Lira 9.4 software package, taking into account joint work with the foundation. The foundations of the car park are made on a pile foundation. Piles - bored with a diameter of 420 mm and 600 mm, the working length of the piles is 14,0 m (abs. elev. pile tips 5.00). Concrete B30, W6, F150. At the base of the tip of the piles there are hard dislocated clays EGE 6 (E=21 MPa; e=0,592, IL=-0,33; φ=14 deg). The design load on piles with a diameter of 420 mm is assumed to be 130 tf. The design load on piles with a diameter of 600 mm is assumed to be 180 tf. The allowable design load on piles was adopted based on the results of pre-design tests of soils with bored reinforced concrete piles. Static testing of piles is provided. Grillages - free-standing slabs with a thickness of 1000 - 1400 mm along piles of piles from monolithic reinforced concrete B40; W6; F150. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. Concrete preparation is provided under the foundation. The base of the floor of the first floor is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 150 mm thick on a layer-by-layer compacted pad of gravel-sand mixture 1700 mm thick. Estimated settlement of the car park building is 10 mm. The design of the transition to elev. 5,200 designed in monolithic reinforced concrete B40, W6; F150 on a frame design scheme. Columns - with a diameter of 700 mm. Ceiling - slab 400 mm thick with capitals 600 mm thick in the areas of support on columns and beams. The perimeter fencing of the transition structure is metal, 1,2 m high. The gallery posts rest on a monolithic reinforced concrete floor of the transition structure. The enclosing structures of the transitional gallery are stained-glass windows. The foundations of the transition are taken on a natural basis in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick with a thickening of up to 800 mm in the upper zone, at the points of support of the frame columns, made of B40 concrete; W6; F150. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm. The design documentation provides for the removal of bulk soils and the installation of a pillow with a thickness of 900 mm. At the base of the sand cushion there are loams and hard clays with interlayers of semi-hard ones (EGE 4). Expected settlement draft 8 mm. The relative mark of 0,000 of the designed buildings and structures corresponds to the absolute mark of 21.30. Structural analysis was performed using the Lira 9.4 software package.
