Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed building is a combination of 4 one-story rectangular volumes of different heights, connected into a single whole, with axes dimensions of 77,00 x 86,00 m, height 8,1; 9,6 and 10,6 meters. In the central part of the building, a multi-tiered mechanized parking lot for 296 cars and its accompanying premises were designed, including: security, washing, local treatment facilities, storerooms for storing seasonal tires, thermal and water metering units, an electrical switchboard, transformer substation, fire extinguishing pumping station. The lifting of cars to storage places (three tiers of parking) is achieved by using equipment similar to the “3 H& 4H LIFT” lift-lift. In three volumes of smaller height, a service station block with mezzanines was designed, on the first level of which cash desks, car reception and delivery rooms, washing, local treatment facilities, storerooms, dressing rooms, tire fitting, areas for minor repairs and installation of additional equipment (tuning studios) were designed. On the mezzanines, rooms were designed: offices, meeting rooms, an assembly hall, an archive, utility rooms, a server room, etc. The vertical connection is organized along four ladders. External enclosing structures - "sandwich" panels of the "Petropanel" type filled with rigid MVP, partially lined with a composite material of the "Alucobond" type; stained glass structures. The plinth is lined with artificial stone. Roofing - flat, on steel I-beams and corrugated board; coating - PVC membrane, insulation - rigid MVP. The drain is internal. The project provides for unhindered access for people with disabilities and people with limited mobility to the building, as well as to storage places for individual vehicles in the parking lot. The project provides for three storage sites for the storage of vehicles belonging to people with limited mobility.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level - II. The building is divided by 2 expansion joints into 3 blocks. The constructive scheme of the building is frame. Columns - metal. The main column spacing is 6 x 21 m, 5,5 x 21 m and 4,8 x 26 m, columns are designed from bent-welded pipes 250 x 9 in accordance with GOST 30245-2003 from steel C245. Beams - steel from I-beams 35B1 and 40B1 according to STO ASCHM 20-93 from steel S245. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs on profiled sheet H75-750-0.9 with a thickness of 130÷160 mm from concrete B25. The coating is made of profiled sheet H75-750-0.9 along the purlins of channels 20P and 30P according to GOST 8240-97 from steel C245, installed on steel roof trusses. The trusses are designed from bent-welded steel pipes according to GOST 30245-2003 from C345 steel (pipes 120 x 5, 140 x 7, 180 x 140 x 8 and others). External walls - hinged "sandwich" panels 120 mm thick. External walls are fastened to load-bearing structures and half-timbered structures using self-tapping screws. Internal walls and partitions - from aerated concrete 120 mm thick and plasterboard sheets on a metal frame.  The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the columns fixed in the foundations, vertical steel ties and the hard disk of the coating. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the SCAD Office program. The foundations are taken in the form of a ribbed slab of monolithic reinforced concrete on a sand cushion. Foundation concrete - B25, W6, F100, pits are designed from concrete B25, W8, F100. Under the foundation, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm along a sand cushion with a thickness of 1500÷2100 mm. A relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to an absolute elevation +4,60 m. In accordance with the report on engineering-geological surveys of PK "Universal" (reg. No. 0160/1) of 2008, the foundations are based on silty gray sands saturated with water of medium density with E = 100 kg/cm2, e-sands = 0,75. Design soil resistance of the base R = 2,37 kg/cm2. The pressure on the foundation soil does not exceed P = 1,73 kg/cm2. The maximum groundwater level is at a depth of 1,0÷1,5 m (absolute elevation 3,1÷3,3 m). Groundwater is slightly aggressive to concrete of normal permeability in terms of bicarbonate alkalinity. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6, the concrete surface is protected by coating with hot bitumen twice. The expected average settlement of the building is not more than ~10,8 cm. Fire tanks: The project provides for the installation of fire tanks on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The tanks are factory-made and have a certificate of conformity No. ROSS RU.AB57.H00680. The foundation slab with a thickness of 400 mm is designed from concrete B20, W6, F100. The base of the foundation slab is silty sandy loam with interlayers of fluid sand with E = 70 kg/cm2.
