ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS

Multi-storey garage building.
The architectural expressiveness of the multi-storey garage building in the conditions of round-the-clock visual perception is achieved by using modern materials and products, intensive lighting and arrangement of the adjacent territory. The building is a stepped volume, the height of the building is 16,1 meters. The building of a multi-storey garage consists of: a three-storey heated building with plan dimensions (between axes) 40,00 ´ 66,00 m. not less than 10×1,5 m in accordance with the requirements of clause 1,5 of SNiP 3.29-35-01. The depth of the vestibule at the entrance is 2001m and the width is 1,9m. On the ground floor of the building, a lavatory was designed for use by the disabled, made in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 4,40-35-01. The staff wardrobe is designed with a toilet and a shower room. The height of the service premises to the bottom of the false ceiling is 2001 m. In the vehicle maintenance rooms, the height is not lower than 3,0 m. stained glass structures. Stained-glass window - aluminum profile filled with single-chamber transparent double-glazed windows - energy-saving inner glass. Windows - aluminum, with two-chamber, thermally insulated double-glazed windows with transparent glass. Interior decoration of the premises is carried out depending on the functional purpose of the premises and in accordance with the LR / RR and Jaguar concept, sanitary-hygienic, fire-prevention and operational requirements for its quality and is systematized in the list of premises decoration. Constructive decisions.

The foundations of the building are pile monolithic columnar. Bored piles, concreted under clay mortar Ø400 mm, made of concrete of class B25 in terms of strength on fine aggregate, grades: W8 in terms of water resistance and F150 in terms of frost resistance. Grills made of concrete class B30, grades: W8, F150. The floors of the 1st floor are laid on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick, reinforced at two levels with class A 500 reinforcement. Stairs are designed from monolithic marches and monolithic platforms made of class B25 concrete. To protect the base from freezing and frost heaving along the perimeter of the building, laying of slab extruded polystyrene foam "Penoplex" 1000 mm wide and 100 mm thick is provided. To protect the foundations from the aggressiveness of soils, an increased grade of concrete for water permeability is used: W8. Enclosing structures sandwich panels and stained-glass windows.

Purpose and basic layout solutions.
This project provides for the construction of a multi-storey garage for cars and motorcycles of the 1st category according to ONTP 01-91 Rosavtotrans. The building of the projected multi-storey garage is intended:
• to perform warranty and post-warranty maintenance and current repairs (TO and TR) of passenger cars;
• for storage of inventory of cars and motorcycles (parking lot);
The designed building does not provide for maintenance of gas-balloon vehicles (running on gas fuel). The building is divided into the following main functional areas:
• production area (service area), which houses areas for receiving cars for repair, maintenance and current repairs (TO and TR), other auxiliary units that ensure the operation of the service area (car wash room, tire shop, etc.);
• storage area for storage of auto parts and other consumables;
• a multi-storey storage area for the inventory of cars and motorcycles for the storage of motor vehicles and motorcycles for 406 storage places;
• administrative and amenity area, which houses premises for domestic, technical purposes, as well as administrative premises for office personnel;
The premises of the production zone (service zone) are located at el. 0.000 and are intended for maintenance and current repairs (TO and TR) of cars, tuning (change or addition of equipment, installation of additional equipment). In the service area, there are posts for general car repair, chassis diagnostics, and other auxiliary units to ensure the functioning of car repair production (tire shop, etc.). Vehicle washing is provided at specialized posts for manual washing of cars with local treatment facilities for recycled washing water. The warehouse area of ​​the building includes a warehouse of auto parts on the second floor, designed for storing auto parts on specialized shelf 2-tier racks, the movement of goods to the 2nd floor is provided with the help of a freight elevator. There are also other storage rooms for storing consumables for production needs, tools, located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Premises of a multi-storey garage - a parking lot for storing the inventory of cars and motorcycles is located on 4 floors of the building, where in total there are 406 parking spaces for storing cars and motorcycles. In the parking areas, it is customary to arrange storage places perpendicular to the driveways, using mechanized dependent parking facilities, which allows maximum use of the available space, as well as to ensure the organization of the movement of cars inside the storage rooms. Moving cars to the upper floors of the garage is provided with the help of 2 car lifts. In the administrative and amenity zone there are premises for consumer services for the personnel of the production zone, storage areas for cars and motorcycles, technical premises for engineering and maintenance of the building, administrative premises for office employees of the company.
