Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation provides for the construction of a sports and recreation complex with a built-in parking lot (FC). Space-planning solutions are developed taking into account the Town-planning plan of the land plot, the existing planning and compositional structure of the site and the design task. The FOC building is designed rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 66.00 x 61.615 m, consisting of three blocks, but two volumes of different heights with different cover configurations. The FEC consists of three groups of premises: an indoor artificial ice rink, an indoor parking lot and sports halls with a group of auxiliary and related premises. The indoor skating rink has dimensions in the plan in the extreme axes of 37.0 0x 66.00 m, designed as a one-story hall-type frame structure with a coating of gable lattice metal structures of variable cross section. The top mark in the ridge part is 11.50 m, the top mark at the wall near the parapet is 6.00 m. Covered car park and sports halls with a group of auxiliary and related premises - these are two blocks with dimensions in the extreme axes of 24.00 x 66,00 m, combined into a one-story building with a metal frame and a grid of columns 6,00 x 6,00 m. Elevation to the bottom protruding structures - 3,80 m. The planning mark of the earth is minus 0,39 m. For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the clean floor of the vestibule was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of plus 27.90 in BST. Constructive fire hazard class - C0. External walls - "sandwich" panels 150 mm thick. Internal walls - double "sandwich" panels with a gap, with a total thickness of 320 mm, or double "sandwich" panels and aerated concrete with a total thickness of 250 mm. Partitions - plasterboard on a metal frame with mineral wool filling. Windows - aluminum with single-chamber double-glazed windows. Doors - metal, metal-plastic, in accordance with GOSTs and individual production, in the usual and fire-resistant design. Floors - porcelain stoneware, TZI linoleum, regupol (rubber coating), grabalet (choreographic halls coating), carpet and heated floors. Ceilings - suspended, raster, slatted, painted profiled sheet. The roof is flat, combined, insulated, coated with rolled materials. Facades from "sandwich" - panels are painted in blue-blue color. Measures to ensure the life of the disabled and people with limited mobility are provided in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 35-01-2001 and on the basis of the Design Assignment. The main entrance to the building is equipped with a ramp. The ramp has a slope of up to 10%, the coating is solid, non-slip. Ramps and porches have sides 0,25 m high. The depth of the entrance vestibule is assumed to be at least 1.60 m, the width is more than 2.0 m. Entrance doors to the building - with a clear width of at least 1,2 m and a threshold height of not more than 0,02 m. On the 1st floor, a sanitary unit is designed with dimensions of at least 1,8 m by 1,65 m, the width of the doorway is at least 1,0 m; At the intersection of pedestrian paths with the carriageway, the height of sidewalk stones is taken to be at least 2,5 cm and not exceed 4,0 cm. Parking spaces for disabled people's personal vehicles are reserved in open car parks.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II. The building is divided into three blocks by expansion joints. In the area of ​​the ice rink (in the axes E-H - block 1) the building was designed according to the frame-braced structural scheme, in the area of ​​the parking lot and auxiliary premises (in the axes A-D - blocks 2 and 3) - according to the frame-braced structural scheme. The main load-bearing elements of the indoor ice rink (block 1) are single-span steel frames of variable section with a pitch of 3.0 m from box-section elements. The conjugation of columns with foundations is articulated. Covering - profiled flooring H57-750-0.8 along the upper chords of steel frames. The spatial rigidity and stability of block 1 is ensured by the rigidity of the frames, the presence of vertical ties and the hard disk of the coating. The rigidity of the pavement disk is provided by horizontal and vertical ties in the pavement level. The main load-bearing structures of blocks 2 and 3 are box-section steel columns (the main grid of columns is 6.06.0 m) and roof beams - I-section. The conjugation of columns with foundations is articulated. Covering - profiled flooring on steel girders. Spatial rigidity and stability of blocks 2 and 3 is provided by vertical ties and horizontal ties at the level of coverage. External enclosing walls - three-layer "sandwich" - panels 150 mm thick with fastening to the frame columns and half-timbered elements. Structural analysis was performed using the SCAD 11.3 software package. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of 27.90 m. The foundations are taken on a pile basis. Piles - bored 400 mm, (under the protection of clay solution). The working length of the main piles is 18.4 m (the absolute height of the point is 8.6 m), the length of the anchor piles of the block 1 buttress (to absorb the horizontal load from the superstructure) is 7.0 m. Concrete B25, W8, F150, class A500C reinforcement. Pairing of piles and grillage is rigid. Grillages - tape, 800 mm thick, 600 mm wide and 400 mm wide. Concrete B25, W8, F150, class A-500C reinforcement. Under the grillage, a 100 mm thick polystyrene foam pad is provided. The base of the foundation is silty sandy loam, with gravel, pebbles, hard EGE-5 (IL = -0.42, E = 350 kg/cm2, e = 0.325). The allowable design load on the pile is taken as 50 tf based on the results of calculations and confirmed by tests. The floor slab in the car park is made of monolithic reinforced concrete 100 mm thick (B25, W6). The slab is separated from the pile grillages by an expansion joint. The standard load on the floor slab is 0,5 tf/m2. Under the floor slab, a preparation of a sand-gravel mixture 200 mm thick is arranged. At the base of the floor slab there are bulk soils with a design resistance R0 = 1.0 kgf/cm2. The main structures of the canopy over the main entrance along the A/5-7 axis are box-section steel posts 120 × 4 and I-beams 25B1 covered with profiled decking along steel girders. The spatial rigidity and stability of the canopy structures is ensured by the rigid conjugation of the frame elements and the presence of horizontal ties in the level of the coating. The foundations for the canopy of the main entrance are a monolithic shallow reinforced concrete slab 420 mm thick (up to 200 mm in the ramp area) made of B25, W8, F150 class concrete. Sand and gravel preparation 200 mm thick is provided under the foundation slab. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W8 and coating waterproofing of concrete surfaces in contact with the ground is provided. The expected settlement of the building is 4.0 mm.
