General information.
The dormitory building is made according to the standard design 1-300-11, and is a five-story volume with a rectangular shape in plan. The building is separate. The building has 5 floors. The load-bearing walls are made of brick and faced with cement-sand plaster. The roof is pitched from galvanized steel. The windows are metal-plastic (with double-glazed windows). External doors are metal. Access to the building is via steps and a ramp. External vestibules have natural light through windows.
