General information.

This project was developed for the overhaul of a multi-apartment 4-access 12-storey 176-apartment building with a technical underground under the entire building and a walk-through attic built in 1979 according to a standard project of the P-47-04 / 12 series. The windows and balcony doors are wooden with paired bindings, opening inwards. The building has two passenger elevators, a garbage chute with inlet valves across the floor. Sanitary units are designed in the form of voluminous sanitary cabins. The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The depth of the foundations of the outer walls is 3,15 m. from the surface of the earth; internal walls 2.1 m m. from the basement floor. Expanded clay panels M-100. Reinforced concrete panels M-200. Foundation concrete blocks M-100. Foundation reinforced concrete pads M-200. Monolithic reinforced concrete grillage M-200. Reinforced concrete piles M-300. In the technical underground, the outer walls are self-supporting from expanded clay concrete panels with a thickness of 280 mm. The outer walls are made of prefabricated single-layer one- and two-module hinged expanded clay concrete panels with a thickness of 340 mm. Exterior wall panels are attached to ceilings and interior walls. Internal load-bearing walls are made of prefabricated flat concrete panels with a thickness of 140 and 180 mm. The end walls along the axes "7", "9", "13" are double, they consist of internal load-bearing concrete panels and hinged insulating expanded clay concrete panels (from the side of the facades). The ceiling above the technical underground is prefabricated from reinforced concrete flat panels (in the section of the switchboard from a ribbed panel) the size of "per room" with support on the internal load-bearing walls. The floors of the technical underground are cement. The floors in the apartments are parquet, linoleum, ceramic. The ceilings of the entrance vestibules are made of expanded clay concrete floor slabs with a thickness of 320 mm with a soft rolled roof and drainage from it through remote concrete trays. The loggias are made from the 3rd to the 12th floors of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 115-140 mm, the walls of the loggias are concrete hinged with a thickness of 180 mm. The coating of the plates is made in the factory from small-sized ceramic tiles. Waterproofing of loggia slabs is not provided for by the building project.
