General information.

The building was built in 1959, according to the standard project of the I-510 series. External walls are prefabricated expanded clay concrete blocks; internal wall supports made of prefabricated concrete blocks; the presence of internal transverse walls: available, including the walls of stairwells; prefabricated reinforced concrete floors; prefabricated reinforced concrete attic floor; lintels above windows and doorways; lintels above windows and doorways are belt blocks of two-row cutting by floors; rafter system of prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs and rafter beams; the roof is soft rolled. The spatial rigidity of the building is sufficient, provided by the joint work of the outer and inner walls and ceilings. Balconies made of prefabricated reinforced concrete cantilever slabs, installed during the installation of the walls. Above the entrances to the entrances of the building there are canopies with a length of 2890 mm and a reach of 1880 mm, made of a prefabricated reinforced concrete slab of the "PPs" type with supports on the outer wall. The canopy cover is made of rolled waterproofing material. On the outer edges of the visors there are metal ebbs. The condition of the waterproofing carpet and metal sills is in unsatisfactory condition. The facades are painted with white perchlorvinyl paints. Interblock joints are smeared with sealant. The plinth is tiled and painted with red perchlorovinyl paints. Stairs 2 marching, prefabricated reinforced concrete platforms and marches. Interior partitions are made of rolled gypsum concrete panels, 80mm thick. Inter-apartment - from two panels 80mm thick with an air gap between them 40mm thick (total thickness 200mm). In bathrooms from rolled gypsum-cement-slag concrete panels 80 mm thick. There are cracks in mortar embeddings at the interface of partitions with ceilings and walls.
