General information.

The building is block-panel, built according to the standard design series II-68-03/12Yu. Number of sections: 3 entrances. External walls - expanded clay concrete panels and blocks 400 mm thick, internal walls: load-bearing walls - internal, concrete blocks 390 mm thick, partitions - gypsum concrete 80 mm thick. Interfloor floors - prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow core slabs 220 mm thick, attic floor - prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow core slabs 220 mm thick. The load-bearing structures of the house are the outer and inner walls, as well as the walls of the stairwells. The transverse rigidity of the building is provided by the intersection and end walls, as well as the walls of the stairwells. The building has a hot water supply system with a lower distribution of supply lines. Circulation is carried out through a pipeline laid in the attic, and through risers located in the niches of fire hydrants. The bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails connected to the supply line. Water supply is carried out from city networks. In the basement there are two input units ТЗ Dn=125 mm and T4 Dn=100 mm. The cold water supply system is laid openly above the basement floor. Two water supply inlets with a diameter of 125 mm each were installed. To account for water consumption, a water meter unit with a BMX-50 water meter was installed. Water is supplied for household and drinking needs and for internal fire extinguishing of a residential building. Risers B1 DN = 32 mm pass openly in sanitary cabinets (total number of risers V1 - 18 pcs., TZ-18 pcs., T4-3 pcs.). The thermal insulation of the main pipelines in the basement and in the attic is made with rolled materials. Branches from risers to apartments DN=15 mm. The internal sewerage system is made of cast-iron socket sewer pipes with a diameter of 100 mm and 150 mm. The building has a hot water supply system with a lower distribution of supply lines.
