General information.

This project is included in a series of standard projects for 14-storey residential buildings II-18. Residential, single-section, 14-storey house with a basement under the entire building and a cold, semi-passage attic. The building was built in 1970 according to the standard project I-209. Foundations - foundation reinforced concrete blocks of the FBS type. The solution is complex. Common clay brick. The outer walls are made of large expanded clay concrete blocks of enlarged blocks of two-row cutting with a thickness of 400 mm and end walls of 1-6 floors with a thickness of 500 mm. Internal walls - enlarged concrete blocks 500 mm thick. The walls of the stairwells are made of prefabricated concrete blocks with a thickness of 390 mm. The facades of the building are plastered with crumbs from natural materials, partially painted with PVC paint. The plinth is plastered and painted. Roof covering - made of 1 layer of hydrostekloizol on bituminous mastic over 4 layers of filizol. The existing windows are wooden with combined sashes, opening inwards. The existing entrance door is metal with a door closer and intercoms, tambour doors are wooden. Existing facades - painted with facade paint. Plinth - plastered and painted with facade paint around the entire perimeter. External walls - claydite concrete grade 1100. Internal walls - heavy concrete grade 1200. Ceilings above the basement, 1-3 floors are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete flooring of the NTO, NT3, RT types 220 mm thick supported by end and transverse load-bearing walls. Ceilings of floors 4-14 are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow flooring with reinforced ends of the 2UNU, 2 UNT and UNU and UNT types. Loggias are made of reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 220 mm, supported by side walls from the side of the facade. Located in the dimensions of 1-14 floors. The balconies of the main facade are made of cantilever reinforced concrete slabs 80 mm thick. Located in the dimensions of 2-14 floors. Some of the balconies are glazed by the residents. Stairs 2 march, from prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. The roof is flat, with a warm semi-attic. The roofing is made of hydrostekloizol on bituminous mastic over 4 layers of roofing material. The walls of the pits of the descent to the basement and the window pits are brick, lined with ceramic tiles, 400 mm thick. Canopy over the entrance to the entrance of the building from a prefabricated reinforced concrete panel of the PPS type. A soft roof is arranged on the visor.
