General information.

The existing residential building, 16-storey complex shape with overall dimensions of 59,62 x22 / 36 m, was built in 1977 according to the standard project of the P-3 series. There is a basement in the axes "D-BB / 1-7", "G-T / ZZ-LZ" and "E-T / 69-71", a technical underground under the entire building and a warm attic. As part of a residential building, consisting of 10 block sections - 16 residential floors, part of the basement and first floor to accommodate tenants, part of the basement, technical underground and attic to accommodate utilities and technical rooms for a residential building. All apartments in the residential building are single-level. The residential block-section has a layout of a section-corridor type, with the placement of apartments along a common non-apartment corridor. The total number of apartments in the building is 606, of which 12 are one-room, 300 are two-room, 290 are three-room, and 4 are four-room. The external and internal appearance of an apartment building, its spatial, planning and functional organization do not change during the overhaul. The roof is made with an attic, rolled, with an internal drain. The rolled carpet is made of 3 layers of roofing material. The ventilation shafts are made of reinforced concrete panels. The walls of the exit to the roof are made of expanded clay concrete blocks. Access to the roof and to the attic is carried out from the staircase through the door.
