The functional purpose of the object is an apartment building. The building is 8-9 storey, 22 entrances, of complex shape in plan, with a basement and a semi-passage cold attic. The building was built in 1956 according to an individual project. Description of the load-bearing elements of the building: external walls - brick thickness-770mm, internal supports - brick load-bearing walls, stairs - two-flight, from precast concrete marches and platforms, above the basement floor - prefabricated reinforced concrete from multi-hollow slabs, interfloor ceiling - prefabricated reinforced concrete from multi-hollow slabs, attic floor - prefabricated reinforced concrete from multi-hollow slabs, roof - pitched, with a semi-passage cold attic room and an external organized drain from galvanized pipes with a diameter of 200 mm. Roofing - galvanized steel sheet on a wooden crate. Balconies, bay windows, cornices and other protruding elements of the facade: Balconies are located from the 3rd to the 8th floors of the courtyard and main facades. Facades: facades - the main facade is lined with ceramic slotted stone, the courtyard facade is lined with silicate bricks and painted with a facade paint. The plinth is plastered and painted. Garbage chute type: the garbage disposal system consists of 44 garbage chute trunks (the trunks run open in pairs in each entrance to the interfloor areas), a sliding device, and a ventilation chamber. Garbage chambers are located at the level of the 1st floor and have a separate entrance.
