Architectural solutions.

In accordance with the design assignment, this project provides for the construction of a 10-14-18-storey 5-section residential building with apartments for the disabled on the ground floor based on the block sections of the HMS-2001 system. The building has an L-shape in plan and is composed of products of standard block sections of the HMS-2001 series: section 1 - BS-05I-18M-2 (an ordinary 18-storey municipal block section with apartments for the disabled on the 1st floor. Two-room apartment for the disabled - 1 pc.; living area-30,65 sq.m; the area of ​​the apartment, excluding summer premises, is 67,50 sq.m; the total area of ​​the apartment, taking into account summer premises, is 69,55 sq.m and a three-room apartment for the disabled - 1 unit; living area - 50,30 sq.m, area of ​​the apartment excluding summer premises - 81,35 sq.m; the total area of ​​the apartment, taking into account summer premises, is 83,40 sq.m), a set of apartments on a typical floor 1-1-2-2; section 2 - BS-05I-18M-E (an ordinary 18-storey municipal block-section with apartments for the disabled on the 1st floor and an electrical panel room. Block sections belong to II category of comfort. On the ground floor of the residential building, it is planned to place residential apartments for the disabled in sections 1, 2, 4, premises without a specific functional purpose in sections 3, 5, as well as lobbies, rooms for guards, wheelchairs, elevator lobbies, garbage chambers, electrical panels, LSB premises in section 4. For the relative mark of 0.000, corresponding to the absolute mark of 161.80, the level of the finished floor of the first floor of the house was taken. All apartments are provided with summer rooms - loggias with single glazing made of aluminum profile, designed in accordance with the requirements of paragraph XNUMX of Art. 6.37 SNiP 21-01-97". The house has a technical underground, designed for laying engineering communications. The upper technical "warm" space of a residential building is used as a prefabricated chamber of the ventilation system from the underlying floors. The roof is flat with an internal drain. The house is equipped with elevators with a carrying capacity of 400 and 630 kg, with a lifting speed of 1,6 m / s. For people with limited mobility, the project provides for the installation of external ramps with a slope of 8% from the sidewalk mark to the porch mark in places of elevation difference at the entrances. For the convenience of accessibility to the elevators, the floor mark of the elevator hall on the first floor is designed at the level of the entrance hall mark. Elevators are equipped with devices for hearing-impaired and visually-impaired groups of the population. For disabled access to the first floor, vertical lifts for disabled people PPO-2008 of the Shcherbinsky plant are provided. The apartments for the disabled on the ground floor provide all the activities necessary for the accommodation of wheelchair users. All activities for the disabled are described in detail in the MDI album of this project. On the first floor of section 2, the use of a gauge ramp is provided, which is justified by clause XNUMX.
