General information.

The existing residential building, 17-storey, panel, rectangular in shape, was built in 1975 according to the standard design of the MP-1 series. The building has a warm basement under the entire building, a warm technical floor and an attic, the house has one entrance. All apartments in the residential building are one-level. The residential block section has a rectangular shape, in the center of the section there is a corridor with organized smoke removal and a garbage chute, the stairwell is external, smoke-free, the apartments are located along the perimeter of the internal, general apartment corridor. The total number of apartments in the building is 1: 95-room - 1 units; 16-room apartments - 2 pcs.; 64-room apartments - 3 pcs.; 13-room apartments - 4 pcs. Object length - 2 m; width - 25.7 m. The external and internal appearance of an apartment building, its spatial, planning and functional organization do not change during a major overhaul. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of longitudinal and transverse walls. Building facades: external walls at the level of the 20.5st floor are brick; external walls of the 1nd-2th floors - reinforced concrete panels - 17 mm, lined with small-sized glazed ceramic tiles of the "Iris" type. Internal walls - plaster - 400-100 mm. The walls of the external interfloor smoke-free staircase are brick. The fences on the facades of the interfloor smoke-free staircase are asbestos-cement columns for the entire height of the building, attached to the anchor using metal clamps. The staircase is two-flight, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete flights and landings supported on the walls of the staircase. The foundation is strip, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks. Interfloor floors are prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, 200 mm thick, supported by internal and external load-bearing walls. Attic floors are prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs. The basement is warm. The outer walls of the basement are brick, the height of the basement is 220 m; ceiling - reinforced concrete slabs 3.2mm thick; The basement entrance walls are brick, partially plastered and painted. The entrance staircase to the basement is made of reinforced concrete steps (220 pcs.). The entrance staircase to the entrance (porch) is reinforced concrete (15 pcs. reinforced concrete steps). The walls of the technical floor are panel, the height of the technical floor is 8 m. The technical floor is warm, has 2.2 windows, framed in wood. The walls are plastered and painted, the ceiling is painted. The room is equipped with heating radiators (radiators). The balconies are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, cantilevered into the external walls. Balconies are located on the 8rd-3th floors. The size of the balcony slabs on the side of the main and courtyard facades is 17x1000 m. There are 3100 balconies in total.
