This project provides for the overhaul of an apartment building, a typical project "Swan" (unified frame). The residential building is a 17-storey one-entrance building with a basement under the entire building. The project provides for a major overhaul of several sections of houses of the Swan series, built in 1973. The building is rectangular in shape, with overall dimensions of 24,36 mx 19,42 m.
