Architectural and space-planning solutions

The presented design documentation was developed for the 1st stage of construction of the expansion of the food production complex - the construction of the administrative building, attached to the existing production building. The ABK building is 3-storey, rectangular in plan with a gable roof. The absolute zero of the building is 28,00 m. The dimensions of the administrative building in the axes are 14,490x7,000 m, the height of the building from the mark of the adjacent territory to the mark of the cornice is 11,595 m, the height from the mark of the finished floor to the mark of the adjacent territory is 0,150 m. On the 1st floor, rooms for storing equipment and inventory are designed, on the 2nd floor - premises for the staff of the administrative building, bathrooms, on the 3rd floor - dressing rooms with showers, bathrooms, utility rooms. The building is frame type, with a steel frame and monolithic reinforced concrete floors, designed according to the profiled sheet. Covering - gable, with an external organized drain. Access to the roof is provided through the roof of the production building and along the external vertical staircase. The building - with enclosing structures and a roof made of "sandwich" panels with mineral wool insulation. The basement of the building is made of solid red brick, insulated from the inside and plastered over the grid. Partitions - plasterboard on a steel frame with mineral wool filling. Window units - single- and -double-chamber double-glazed windows of individual manufacture in bindings from PVC profiles with the possibility of setting the "micro-ventilation" mode, Internal door blocks - wooden and metal according to the current GOSTs and fireproof. External door blocks - metal in fireproof design.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The building was designed according to the frame-braced structural scheme. Columns - steel, from a bent-welded profile 200x8 in accordance with GOST 30245-2003, the main column pitch is 7,0x4,83 m. Steel beams, I-section 16B230B1 according to STO ASChM 20-93. Overlapping - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab on corrugated board 160 mm thick. Concrete slab B25. Covering - sandwich panels with a thickness of 200 mm on steel girders. External walls - hinged sandwich panels 150mm thick. Partitions are designed from drywall on a metal frame 150 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the rigid support nodes of the columns, the stiffening cores formed by the walls of the stairwells, the vertical connections in two planes and the rigid disks of the floors. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the Lira 9.6 program. Stairs - steps made of corrugated steel on steel stringers. The foundations - strip foundations on a natural base - are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete and are united by a 200 mm thick power floor slab. Concrete B25, W6, F200. The pressure on the base soil is not more than p = 0,73 kg / cm2. The calculation of the foundation is made manually according to the formulas of SNiP. A relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to an absolute elevation 28.00 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, silty thixotropic fluid sandy loams with E=84 kg/cm2, e=0,696, φ=210 serve as foundation foundations. Design soil resistance of the base R = 1,03 kg/cm2. The maximum level of groundwater should be expected during periods of snowmelt and heavy precipitation near the surface of the earth. Groundwater is non-aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6, the concrete surface is protected by coating waterproofing "Lakhta". The expected average settlement of the building is no more than ~ 6mm. The project documentation provides for the organization of observations (monitoring) of the existing buildings of the surrounding development. In accordance with the technical conclusion, two buildings fall into the risk zone (adjacent to the designed building and located at a distance of 9 m), which belong to the 2nd category of technical condition. The expected additional settlement of the surrounding buildings (including adjacent buildings) is less than the maximum allowable values.

Authorization
