The business center is an object of new construction, which will bring it as close as possible to the requirements of tenants, both in terms of architectural and technical parameters. The exterior of the building is a multi-storey space-planning composition, in which the height and configuration are determined by the technological conditions of functional zoning, lighting and fire safety. The concept of the building systematically fits into the urban development and will be tied to existing and planned transport routes. The building has a laconic shaping, a calm nature of the silhouettes and the plasticity of the facades. Such a solution provides the optimal ratio of two main criteria for a high-rise center in a given location: the mass of a free-standing dominant, necessary to hold an important urban site, and the compliance of the main structure with the surrounding buildings. The building consists of two towers of different heights Office buildings 1 and 2 (46 and 89 m respectively), located around the virtual axis of the center of the base, the design attracts attention with proportionality, texture and external design. The external appearance of the building symbolizes the movement towards change and continuous development, affirming the desire for perfection through the harmony of symmetry with its forms.

Office building 1 includes: office premises located from the 2nd to the 13th floors with an entrance group and security service premises located on the 1st floor. The vertical connection of the entrance group with office premises is carried out by two elevators and two staircases. Additionally, a service elevator is provided for the use of the technical staff of the building and an elevator for connecting the underground floors of the parking lot and the entrance lobby of the building; built-in and attached premises, located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building, consisting of: a teenage and youth club, a health center, a sports medicine center, a women's consultation. Height of floors from floor to floor - above the lying floors: 1st floor - 4.65 m; 2÷24 floors - 3.3 m; technical floors - 2.55 m; number of elevators - 8, with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg at a speed of 1.6m / sec. - each. The use of modern building materials makes it possible to meet the requirements for sound and heat insulating capacity of enclosing structures. Space-planning solutions ensure the fulfillment of the requirements for escape routes in terms of the number of evacuation exits from individual rooms and from the building as a whole, the distance to the evacuation exits, the size of passages and openings on the evacuation routes. The adopted solutions for interior decoration meet the requirements for finishing materials in terms of combustibility, smoke generation and toxicity. On evacuation routes, finishing materials of walls, floors and ceilings are accepted as non-combustible. The dimensions of the building do not violate the requirements for fire and sanitary gaps between buildings, allow you to maintain the normalized duration of insolation and illumination of the surrounding buildings. All public and technical premises of the projected building have normalized natural illumination. In this project, in accordance with SNiP 35-01-2001, RDS 35-201-99, SP 35-202-2001, measures are provided for the accessibility of people with limited mobility (MGN) (see volume 10 "measures to ensure access for people with disabilities"). Technological processes taking place in the building do not provide for harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The volumetric-spatial and architectural-artistic solution of the Administrative building was developed taking into account the conditions of insolation, illumination and fire requirements. The architectural solution of the facades of the building is a combination of stained-glass planes with blank wall planes. The exterior finish of the building is a translucent post-translucent warm facade system "TATPROF" (Series TP-50300). The basement and the first floor of the building are faced with artificial stone of the porcelain tile type according to the Kraspan system. The building has the following types of doors: staircase doors - wooden glazed in accordance with GOST 6629-88 with a moisture-resistant coating filled with reinforced glass; entrance to the building - metal-plastic glazed; internal doors - wooden deaf; technical premises - metal. On the ground floor of office buildings 1 and 2 and in the built-in and attached premises, metal-plastic (PVC) windows with 2-chamber double-glazed windows (4-10-4-10-4) with AEREKO ventilation valves are designed. From the second floor of the building, aluminum windows were designed from a "thermal" window profile with a 2-chamber double-glazed window with AEREKO ventilation valves. Transparent stained glass area: 8 SunGuard HP Neutral 50/32 (hardened) - 14 Argon - 6 Extra Clear - 14 Argon - LamiGuard 4.4.2. ClimaGuard N Heat transfer resistance of double-glazed window=1.33 m2C/W. Opaque stained glass area: 8 SunGuard HP Neutral 50/32 (hardened) - 12 Argon - Enamel 6 Extra Clear (RAL 7031). Heat transfer resistance of double-glazed window=0.65 m2C/W. As partitions in the building, partitions made of gypsum-vinyl panels "BLITZ-VINIL", tongue-and-groove slabs and brick ones are used. The building is finished in the following ways: Improved finishing - lobby, elevator halls, corridors; Preparation for finishing - office and built-in premises; Simple finishing - technical and auxiliary premises. In the decoration of the premises of the main, auxiliary, service and technical purposes, the following are accepted: walls, partitions, ceilings and floors in office premises - preparation for finishing; walls and partitions in built-in premises - preparation for finishing; walls and partitions in technical rooms - plastered brick with subsequent painting with water-based paints. Floors - Russian-made ceramic granite. Ceilings - painting with water-based paints; walls and partitions in general premises - improved by painting with water-based paints. Floors - Russian-made ceramic granite. Ceilings - painting with water-based paints. All public premises, with a permanent stay of people, have natural light. The project provides for architectural and construction measures to protect the premises from noise, vibration and other impacts:  the walls of the elevator shafts are free from resting on them floor-by-story monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and do not adjoin premises with a permanent stay of people; the floors of the ventilation chambers located above the premises with a permanent stay of people are provided for floating; The ceilings of the ventilation chambers adjacent to the premises with permanent residence of people are assumed to be acoustic, consisting of: monolithic reinforced concrete floors 220 mm thick, mineral wool slabs (thickness to be taken according to calculation), and acoustic panels. The adopted solutions for interior decoration meet the requirements for finishing materials in terms of combustibility, smoke generation and toxicity. On evacuation routes, finishing materials of walls, floors and ceilings are accepted as non-combustible.
