Architectural and space-planning solutions

A reconstructed detached brick three-story building - trapezoidal in plan, with side dimensions in the axes 26,10x52,40x15,07 m. The height of the roof ridge from ground level is 11,65 m. The outer walls of the first floor are brick, the second and third floors are foam concrete blocks, insulation from the inside with mineral wool. Wall decoration - plastering and painting. Window and door fillings - according to GOST 16289-86 and according to GOST 24698-81. Roofing - pitched over steel structures, combined, insulated, roofing material - metal tiles. The building has two stairwells - one type L1 and one type H2. Exit to the roof-terrace - from LK type L1 and further along the steel stairs to the pitched roofs. On the first floor, the premises of the copy center are designed, on the second and third (mansard) floors - administrative and office premises. On the ground floor there is a universal bathroom with the possibility of using the disabled in wheelchairs.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is II, normal. In accordance with the technical report on the survey of existing structures, the existing non-residential building was built in 1930 according to the longitudinal-wall structural scheme. In 1973, a one-story extension was made to the building and a second floor was built. The building was not in use at the time of the survey. The external and internal walls are made of solid bricks with a thickness of 380 and 510 mm, the condition of the internal walls is operable, the external ones are of limited operability, sealing of cracks and insulation is required. The ceiling above the first floor is made in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slabs, the stairs are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along steel stringers, the condition is operational. The load-bearing structures of the coating are made of rolled steel profiles, the condition is limited operable. The roof is in disrepair and needs to be removed. Foundations - tape on a natural basis, rubble and from monolithic and prefabricated reinforced concrete, working condition. Sandy gray sandy loams lie at the base of the foundations. The performed verification calculations of existing structures confirm the sufficient bearing capacity of walls and foundations to withstand design loads. The category of the technical condition of the building structures is the second. The building reconstruction project provides for: repair and restoration work to eliminate defects in load-bearing and enclosing structures in accordance with the recommendations set out in the technical report on the inspection of structures; dismantling of existing coatings, floors, partitions. The reconstruction project provides for the installation of a new internal frame on new foundations and the preservation of existing brick walls and pillars. The structural scheme of the building is column-wall. The load-bearing frame of the building is formed by external and internal walls and metal columns and beams. The columns and beams of the frame are designed from rolled steel profiles. The pitch of the columns is 6,55 m. The walls of the 1st floor are existing brick walls, the walls of the 2nd and 3rd floors are made of foam concrete. From the inside, the outer walls are insulated with mineral wool. Interfloor ceilings - from monolithic reinforced concrete class B20 with a thickness of 200 mm on rolled metal beams. The roofing is designed on metal frames made of channel bars resting on the reinforced concrete floor slab of the second floor. Roofing from a metal tile. Insulation - mineral wool boards. Stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete on steel stringers. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the load-bearing walls and the frame, united by monolithic ceilings. The spatial stability of the cover frames is ensured by the rigid connection of the frame elements to each other and the system of vertical and horizontal connections. The foundations for the columns are monolithic reinforced concrete columnar type, for concrete preparation from B10 concrete 100 mm thick. Based on the report data, sandy gray sandy loams with a design resistance of 13,43 t/m2 lie at the base of the foundations; average pressure on the base under the base of the foundations 13,07 t/m2; the expected settlement of the foundation is 2,8 cm. The material of monolithic foundations is concrete of class B20, W4, F100, class AIII reinforcement. A relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to an absolute mark of 4,00. The new structures were designed on the basis of a calculation performed using the SCAD11.1 software package. The reconstructed building is located on the territory of the Krasnaya Zarya plant. In the 30-meter zone of influence of the construction, a survey of six non-residential buildings was carried out: a former transformer substation, a 4-storey multifunctional building built in 1986, a 6-storey multifunctional building built in 1971, a 5-storey multifunctional building built in 1902 and reconstructed in 2006 4- storey production building built in 1964 and a warehouse building built in 1973. According to the results of the survey, the buildings belong to the II category of technical condition. There are no damaged structures. Geotechnical category of the object of reconstruction - II.
