The designed car wash building is square in plan, the dimensions in the axes are 12,8 m x 14,0 m. The maximum height from the planning mark of the ground to the top of the roof fence is 7,9 m. Floors -2, number of floors -2. In the basement at elev. -2,58 one room was designed to accommodate treatment equipment and utilities. The height of the basement in cleanliness is 2,160 m. On the ground floor there is a washing and polishing area, a rest room for workers, a bathroom, and an electrical panel room. The car wash rooms have a height of 3,68 m in axes 3 - 4, A - B, in the rest of the height of 3,26 m from the floor to the bottom of the protruding structures. The mark of the finished floor of the 0.000st floor of the car wash premises, corresponding to the absolute mark of 1 m, was taken as 178,6. The second floor was designed in axes 1-4, A-B. On the second floor there are: a waiting room, a pantry, a pantry for cleaning equipment, a bathroom for visitors. The clear height is 2,7 m. The exit from the second floor is separated from the premises of the first floor. From the waiting room there is an exit to the roof. The roof is not in use. A fence with a height of 1180 mm and 600 mm was designed on the roof. Stairs type L1 are placed in stairwells with natural light. External enclosing structures are made of sandwich panels 150 mm thick filled with mineral wool, density not less than 115 kg/m0,045 and thermal conductivity coefficient not more than 200 W/(m*K). The roofing is applied flat, on a floor slab with expanded polystyrene insulation 115 mm thick, with a density of at least 9018 kg/m8022. The drain is provided internal with discharge of water into the storm sewer. Facades are designed in two primary colors - black and light grey. The main color is gray RAL 1001, black bands are accepted according to RAL 1,8. PVC window frames are black. The exterior doors are painted black. The gates are metal insulated, painted in beige color RAL 51.13330.2011. Design documentation provides for interior decoration. Exterior walls - sandwich panels with factory finish. Natural lighting of the premises is carried out through window openings in the outer walls. Windows are designed around the perimeter of the entire building. Windows are double glazed. All bindings are PVC. The required value of the air insulation index complies with the requirements of SP XNUMX "Protection against noise", which excludes noise impact on nearby buildings. Engineering equipment in the basement is provided on vibration isolators, the walls and ceiling are lined with noise-absorbing materials.

Seismicity of the construction site in accordance with SP 14.13330.2011 "Construction in seismic areas" - 5 points. Special conditions of the construction site - construction in urban areas. Constructive decisions. The car wash is a two-story building, with dimensions in length (in axes A-B) - 14.00 m, in width (in axes 1-5) - 12.80 m. A cellar is located in axes 1-3. The car wash rooms have a height of 3.68 m in axes 3-4 / A-B, in the rest of the height of 3.26 m from the floor to the bottom of the protruding structures. The height of the premises on the second floor is not less than 3.18 m. in the light. The highest elevation of the building is +7,900 m. The structural scheme is a full steel post-beam frame, sheathed with sandwich panels. Its main elements are flat transverse frames, consisting of columns rigidly fixed on the foundations, and crossbars (rafter beams) with hinged support on the frame columns. The width of the frame spans is 7.0 m, the maximum frame spacing is 5.0 m. The rigidity and stability of the building frame in the plane of the frames is ensured by the rigid fastening of the frame columns to the foundations, in the plane perpendicular to the plane of the frames - by a system of vertical connections between the columns that perceive longitudinal forces. Systems of vertical connections are formed for each row of columns. A solid monolithic foundation slab on a natural base with a thickness of 300 mm with thickenings in the column area up to 500 mm was taken as the foundation. The main relative elevation of the foundation slab is "minus" 0.380 m (in the area of ​​the technical underground - "minus" 2.840). Under the foundation slab, concrete preparation is carried out from B7.5 concrete, 50 mm thick, along a layer of sand bedding, 100 mm thick. The walls of the technical underground are monolithic reinforced concrete, 200 mm thick. Monolithic reinforced concrete structures of foundations and walls of the technical underground are made of concrete B25, W8, F200 and steel rod reinforcement of grades A240, A500C. Waterproofing of reinforced concrete structures is ensured by the use of concrete of the W8 water resistance grade and the use of coated waterproofing using TechnoNIKOL bitumen and bitumen-polymer mastics from the inside. At the base of the foundation slab lie the soils of the EGE-2 layer (Semi-solid and hard loam, not swelling, ferruginous) - in the technical underground zone, EGE-1 (Sand of medium size, heterogeneous. With inclusions from burial debris up to 10%) - in the rest. The groundwater level was recorded at a depth of 16.5-20.6 m. Frame columns - rolled I-beams 20Sh1,25Sh1,30Sh1 according to STO ASChM 20-93 Beams - rolled I-beams 16B1,25B2, 30B2, 40B1 according to STO ASChM 20-93. Elements of vertical connections - steel pipes 80x80x5 mm according to GOST 30245-2003. Floor slabs and coatings - monolithic reinforced concrete, 150 mm thick, on fixed formwork made of profiled steel sheet H75-750-0.9 according to GOST 24045-94, made of concrete B25 and steel rod reinforcement of grades A240, A500C. Internal stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and platforms along steel stringers from rolled channels 20P in accordance with GOST 8240-97. The steel grade of the supporting frame elements is C245. Protection against corrosion of steel elements - painting with paints and varnishes on a primed surface. External walls - wall three-layer sandwich panels of horizontal layout of the LLC "NovoPlast" company TU 5284-001-72988081-2005 (certificate of conformity No. 1681616), 150 mm thick. The roof is flat, not in use, on a coating slab with insulation made of expanded polystyrene grade PSB - C 50 according to TU GOST 15588-86, 200 mm thick, with a density of at least 115 kg / m3. The roof covering is made of rolled materials. Structural solutions for the frame and foundations were made on the basis of calculations performed using the Lira calculation complex (certificate of conformity ROSS RU.Cni5.H00511). Calculations were made for the first and second groups of limit states. The reliability factor for liability is assumed to be 1.0. Operating loads are accepted according to SP 20.13330.2011 in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. Responsibility for the reliability of the initial data and analysis of the results obtained, for their compliance with the results of the final calculation data presented in the project documentation, in accordance with the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 87, p. 3, dated February 16.02.2008, 10, is carried by the design organization. According to the results of calculations: the design resistance of the base soil under the base of the foundations is not less than 2 t/m2.5; average pressure under the base of foundations - 2 t/m4; maximum settlement of foundations - 0.00028 mm; maximum relative difference of foundation settlements - 1; the maximum relative deflection of horizontal structures was 214/1 of the span, which is less than 200/2.01.07 according to the requirements of SNiP 85-61 * the maximum percentage of the use of the bearing capacity of the frame elements was: columns 97%; beams 1.0%.
