The outer walls are brick, 510 mm thick, with min. Stove RockwoolFaсadeBatts 100mm thick. The walls of the stairwell are monolithic reinforced concrete 200mm thick. When calculating the building, the normative and design values ​​of loads were adopted in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 200-200 * "Loads and Impacts". The building calculation was performed using the SCAD strength analysis system (certified for compliance with GOST R ISO / IEC 160-4, GOST 2.01.07-85, GOST R ISO 9126-93, RD 28195-89-9127) and the Monomakh 94 software package.

As materials for floors, materials with a sanitary and epidemiological certificate for compliance with sanitary rules were used. In the vestibule, corridors, the washing room, the floor is made of porcelain stoneware, in the auxiliary rooms - in the corridors - from porcelain stoneware, bathrooms, the storage room for cleaning equipment - from ceramic tiles (with the slope of the floors towards the drains), in the personnel dressing room and office premises - from wear-resistant linoleum. Walls in technical and utility rooms and corridors are plastered and covered with matte water-based paint. In the offices and dressing rooms of the staff, the walls are pasted over with glass wallpaper and covered with Tikkurila Euro 12 paint. The walls in the sanitary facilities, the room for storing cleaning equipment, are lined with glazed ceramic tiles to the full height. In the car wash room, the walls are finished with full-height ceramic tiles. The outer walls are insulated with Rockwool Light Butts mineral wool boards 100 mm thick from the outside. Thermal comfort in the premises is achieved by using energy-saving window blocks with double-glazed windows. The premises are heated, provided with all necessary resources, including sewerage. During the heating period, the air temperature inside the premises is at least 2 ºС, which ensures comfort in the premises. *Selection of color characteristics of finishing materials and calculation of their quantity is carried out within the framework of the design project of a car wash for 20 posts under a separate contract.

Exterior Finish

The compositional solutions of the facades are based on the use of smooth planes in combination with profiled corrugated sheets at the level of the 2nd floor. The facades of the building are designed laconically with the use of modern materials and technologies. The project provides for the insulation of the building facades with the installation of a ventilated facade made of Alucobond composite panels. The compositional elements of the building: the size of the windows, the height of the floors, the structure of the roof and details, are made taking into account the scale of the surrounding buildings. The color solution of the building: the main color of the facade: Ral 9006, the profiled surface at the level of the 2nd floor is Ral 9007, the horizontal stripes between the 1st and 2nd floors. and at the parapet level - Ral 50125.
