Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed gas station building is one-story, without a basement, rectangular in plan, with axes dimensions of 29,43 x 8,56 m and a height from ground level to the top of the parapet of 4,5 m, with a low-slope combined covering of internal drains. External enclosing structures - "sandwich" - panels with lining from the inside with plasterboard sheets and outer lining with metal cassettes with a polymer coating. Filling of window openings and stained-glass windows - aluminum profiles with single-chamber double-glazed windows. External service doors - steel, insulated. Interior finishing - painting with water-based paints, facing with ceramic tiles. Suspended ceilings - type "Armstrong", metal slatted, from sheets of plasterboard. The floors are ceramic anti-slip tiles. The building provides for: a 3,0 m high trading floor with operator workplaces and a fast food area, storerooms, a refrigerator and a freezer, latrines for visitors (including for the disabled), a staff wardrobe with a lavatory and a shower, an office space, a dining room, a water metering unit, an electrical panel room, a compressor room, a pantry for cleaning equipment. Measures are envisaged to ensure the life of the MGN, including the disabled. The canopy over the fuel dispenser and the passage to the building is rectangular in plan, on five supports, dimensions 25,6 x 7,8 m, height up to the ceiling 4,6 m. The ceiling of the canopy is a profiled steel sheet with a white polymer coating. The roof of the canopy is profiled steel sheet, drains are lined with columns made of metal cassettes with a polymer coating. The ends of the canopy are luminous decorative boxes. Sides of islands of Broadcasting Company - from stainless steel.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The frame of the gas station building is designed according to a single-span structural scheme. The frame of the building is based on longitudinal frames with irregular column spacing. Roof beams with a span of 8,560 m rest on the crossbars of the longitudinal frames at the same level. The step of the beams is 1,5 m. Frame columns are made of steel from bent-welded square profiles according to GOST 30245-2003. The fastening of the columns to the foundation slab is provided rigid. The roof beams are designed from rolled steel I-beams according to STO ASCHM 20-93. Coating purlins are taken from rolled steel channels according to GOST 8240-97. The roof beams are fastened to the columns and the girders to the beams are hinged. The cover of the gas station building is designed from galvanized steel profiled flooring in accordance with GOST 24045-94 for metal girders. Fastening sheets of corrugated board to the purlins is provided by self-tapping screws on all supports in each wave. The sheets are fastened together with combined rivets with a pitch of 500 mm. Spatial rigidity and stability of the gas station building are ensured by the rigidity of the columns fixed in the foundations, as well as by the rigid disk of the coating. The outer walls of the gas station building are made of hinged insulated panels of the "Sandwich" type, fastened to the frame columns with self-tapping screws. The load-bearing structures of the gas station building were calculated using the SCAD Offise 11.3 design and computer complex without taking into account the joint action of the “building-foundation-foundation” system. The foundation for the gas station building is designed on a cushion of medium-sized sand 3500 mm thick with a compaction coefficient Ku=0,95 in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab of concrete class B20, grades W8 and F150, 180 mm thick with longitudinal and transverse ribs along the contour 650 mm high. For a relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the finished floor of the gas station building is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of +14,100m in the Baltic system of heights. The canopy over the fuel dispensers and the passage to the gas station building is designed according to the frame structural scheme and is not connected to the gas station building. The frame of the canopy is based on three T-shaped frames with cantilever outlets of crossbars 4,50 m and 2,50 m long. The frame spacing is 6,50 m. The canopy beams over the passage to the gas station building are supported by an additional frame located outside the building. Frame columns - from steel rolling I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93. The fastening of the canopy columns to the foundations is assumed to be rigid. The canopy cover beams are designed from rolled steel I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93, hinged on the column heads. Coating runs are taken from rolled I-beams according to GOST 8240-97. The cover of the canopy is designed from galvanized steel profiled flooring in accordance with GOST 24045-94 for metal girders. Fastening sheets of corrugated board to the purlins is provided by self-tapping screws on all supports in each wave. The sheets are fastened together with combined rivets with a pitch of 500 mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the canopy is ensured by the rigidity of the columns, fixed in the foundations, and the rigid disk of the cover. The foundations for the canopy columns are designed on a natural foundation as free-standing monolithic reinforced concrete made of concrete of class B20, grades W8 and F150. Under the foundations of the canopy, preparation from concrete of class B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm is provided. In accordance with the "Technical report on engineering and geological surveys ...", the base of the sand cushion under the foundation slab of the gas station building and the base of the foundations are hard-plastic loams, with interlayers of soft-plastic and semi-solid, light, silty, grayish-brown, with interlayers of plastic sandy loams and silty sands , wet and saturated with water, with undecomposed plant remains, with single inclusions of gravel from igneous rocks, with the following design characteristics (EGE-2): ρII=2,02g/cm3, e=0,639, IL=0,35, φII=22° , cII=0,30kgf/cm2, E=110kgf/cm2. The normative depth of seasonal freezing of the foundation soils is 1,14 m.
