Architectural and construction solutions

This section of the project documentation has developed the architectural and construction part of buildings and structures. The gas station includes: Integrated service building for drivers and passengers of gas stations (operator room); canopy over the fuel dispenser, combined with a transitional canopy; underground steel horizontal double-walled fuel storage tanks - 3 pcs.; AC platform; drain well; waste container site for 5 containers for collecting household and technological waste; fuel dispensers; rainwater treatment facilities; emergency tank; water storage tanks for firefighting; DGU building

Service building for drivers and passengers of filling stations (operator room)

The main facade of the building is oriented perpendicular to the Beloostrovsky highway and is designed as the main one, with the use of metal-plastic windows and tinted glass. The outer color of the wall panels is light gray and blue. The main characteristics of the building: the building is one-storey; the premises of the operator's building belong to class F 3.1 in terms of functional fire hazard, storerooms - F 5.2; degree of fire resistance - III class C1, fire resistance limit of load-bearing elements R45, external walls E45, fire hazard class of building structures - K1. According to SNiP 21-01-97*; II class of responsibility; Durability class of the building – III; building height - 4.160 m; the height to the bottom of the suspended ceiling structures is 3,0 m. For the relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the clean floor of the building is taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 22.83. The outer finish of the control room building contains composite materials based on aluminum alloys, corresponding to the previously developed style design of the control room building and the canopy over the fuel and entertainment center. The color scheme of the facades was developed on the basis of the coordinated volumetric and spatial solution of the filling station. The control room building is one-story, 9,56x14,56 in size. The main technical and economic indicators are presented on sheet АР.1. The building provides the following types of engineering equipment: heating from electric heaters; natural and forced supply and exhaust ventilation. Also: water supply; water disposal; electric lighting; commercial and power electrical equipment; low current networks and devices.

Constructive decisions. Control room building

The rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the stability of the frame columns, which are rigidly fixed to the foundation slab (by welding to embedded parts), as well as by the device of connections in the vertical and horizontal planes. The structural scheme of the building is a spatial system (frame), consisting of columns, beams, crossbars and other elements, together with ceilings in this case perceives all the loads acting on the building. The junction of the main beams with the columns is hinged, not perceiving the moment. The installation of the main and secondary beams is carried out by welding with mounting bolts. Foundations - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab made of concrete B20, W6, F75. Bearing frame - metal columns (pipe prof.140x6, GOST 30245-2003) and beams (I-beam 35SH2 STO ASCHM20-93, [30P GOST 8240-97, secondary beams from [12P GOST 8240-97). Wall fencing - sandwich panels δ=150 mm. In accordance with the corporate identity, the control room building and the canopy are lined with A-BOND brand aluminum panels. To ensure the rigidity of the control room building, hinged panels are attached to the half-timbered timber frame with self-drilling screws 7,0-10/63-14x185 with a shear strength of 13 kN. Partitions - made of gypsum board on a metal frame, filled with mineral wool. δ=100 mm, fireproof - made of 2 layers of gypsum board filled with mineral wool. δ=125 mm. The roof is flat, combined, along the slope, covered with sandwich panels 200 mm thick, roofing carpet made of 2 layers of isoplast.  Windows - aluminum with double-glazed windows, filling with anti-shock film class A3. Entrance doors - steel, deaf (except for the sliding door of the main entrance to the trading floor), equipped with limiters and closers. Doors internal - wooden, deaf, Finnish. In the premises: trading floor, storerooms and equipment registration rooms - fire doors according to the norms. Floors - from floor tiles (ceramic granite). Blind area 2000 mm wide. - small-sized paving slabs.

Volumetric solutions

The premises of the gas station being designed belong to the following functional groups: store premises; cafeteria premises; office and utility rooms. PAccording to the customer's instructions, all groups of premises are united in a single volume of the control room building. The list of premises of each functional group is given on sheet АР2 (“Plan for elevation 0,000”). At the same time, the premises belonging to different categories according to functional fire hazard (according to NPB 105-03) are separated by fire partitions (see sheet АР-2).

Canopy over the shopping center

The canopy is a frame structure with a height to the bottom of the suspended structures H = 4.80 m. Constructive decisions: The foundations for the columns are monolithic reinforced concrete made of concrete B20, W6, F75. The load-bearing elements of the frame are metal welded. Canopy columns - metal 250x8 (transitional canopy 200x5). Crossbars and beams - steel I35Sh1. The spatial rigidity of the canopy is ensured by the stability of each column in mutually perpendicular directions, by a rigid junction of the column with the foundation. Covering of the canopy and frieze along the perimeter - galvanized profiled steel. Decking brand NS 57-750-0,8, which is attached to the girders with self-drilling screws to each wave. Gutter - internal heated. Sheathing of columns and ceiling - aluminum cassettes with a polymer coating. Docking of the main beams with columns and purlins with the main beams are accepted as hinged. Docking of all elements of the canopy is carried out by welding. The quality of welds according to GOST 23118-99 is average.

Technological solutions

Appointment and technical characteristics of gas stations. TThe technological section of the project was developed on the basis of the design assignment and in accordance with the initial data. The filling station of the traditional type is intended for refueling passenger vehicles with AI 92, AI-95, AI-98 gasolines and diesel fuel (DT). The capacity of filling stations is 500 fillings per day. As part of the gas station, the following are designed: control room building with a trading floor and a cafeteria; canopy over the shopping mall; 3 fuel dispensers (TRK); fuel storage unit for 1 tank with a volume of 50 cubic meters -2 pcs., fuel storage unit for 1 tank with a volume of 20 + 30 cubic meters - 1 pc., emergency tank with a volume of 10 cubic meters; AC platform; drain well; storm water treatment facilities; car parking; ventilation group of the tank farm; service post water-air; Water storage tanks for firefighting 2x50 cubic meters. m.; DSU building.
