Architectural solutions

This section was completed on the basis of the design assignment and in accordance with the applicable design standards and rules. Architectural, space-planning and constructive solutions of the service building and shed are adopted in accordance with the company's standards. On the territory of the MAZK are located: one-storey heated building, rectangular, with plan dimensions 22,5 x 12,9 m (h = 4,8 m) with a related goods store with a fast food corner, storage, technical and utility rooms; canopy over the fuel dispenser, designed to protect against atmospheric precipitation and illuminate the filling area for cars, dimensions in terms of 8,8 x 29,2 m (passage height under the canopy - 4,70 m), under which there are 4 (four) fuel dispensers columns; roadways; underground fuel tanks and an emergency spillage collection tank; AC platform with a drain well; waste container site; advertising and information support devices; lightning protection and lighting devices (flagpoles, price tags, lightning rods, lighting poles with lamps); treatment facilities for industrial storm water; tire inflation post; a vacuum cleaner.

MAZK building

In accordance with Federal Law No. 123 "Technical Regulations on the Requirements fire safety": degree of fire resistance of buildings -IV; constructive fire hazard class - CO; fire hazard class of building structures - KO; functional fire hazard class - FZ. 1. Drainage from roofs - internal with electrically heated funnels. The frame of the building is made of steel profiles, columns, beams and ties in the coating. Roofing - rolled (2,0%) with insulation from mineral wool boards. Walls - from sandwich panels 150 mm thick - in accordance with thermal engineering calculation. External facing of walls - facing panels. Doors external - steel warmed. Window blocks - metal-plastic, with two-chamber double-glazed windows. Stained-glass window - aluminum, with two-chamber double-glazed windows. Internal lining of external walls - GKL, GKLV on a metal frame. Partitions - from GKL, GKLV on frames made of bent galvanized profiles with a heat and sound insulating layer of mineral wool boards, including fireproof ones with a fire resistance limit of EI45. Doors internal: laminated; certified fire-resistant with a fire resistance limit of EI 30. The interior finish is made in accordance with the requirements of the company's standard: shopping room: facing with glazed ceramic tiles; pasting with a decorative film; painting with water-based paints; office, staff wardrobe: painting with water-based paints; wet rooms: ofacing with glazed ceramic tiles; technical rooms, storerooms: painting with water-based paints. Dropped ceilings: acoustic plate "Armstrong" 600x600 on a metal frame - trading floor, office, staff wardrobe, latrines. Floors: ceramic anti-slip impact resistant tiles. The project provides for noise protection of supply and exhaust ventilation systems, made on the basis of acoustic calculation. The color solutions of the facades are made according to the corporate style. The central entrance is in the form of a glazed stained-glass window. The planning solution of the store provides for comfortable conditions for customers. Opposite the entrance there is a cash desk where payment for all services of the complex takes place. To the left of the entrance is a cafeteria with a utility room. The central part of the building is occupied by a food and related products trade zone. This arrangement of functional areas of the store invites the customer, after paying for the use of gas stations, to linger, make purchases in the store and visit the cafeteria. Warehouse and technical premises, as well as office space are located in the back of the building, behind the shopping area. The color scheme of the interior elements of the store is focused on the convenience and comfort of the clients of the complex and is made in accordance with the corporate identity. The interior decoration of the trading floor is made in warm colors, also according to the corporate style.

Canopy over the shopping center

The canopy is designed in the laconic architectural style of the company - with smooth rounded shapes along the ends of the canopy and on the supports. The height of the passage under the canopy is 4,7 m. The canopy support consists of two racks with fuel dispensers inserted between them. Finishing material - a smooth metal sheet with a polymer coating. The decoration contains the colors of the company: the ends of the canopy are green, the supports and the ceiling are gray, the advertising inscriptions are yellow. The color scheme is determined in accordance with the specification "Colors and materials" of the company. The architectural expressiveness of the MAZK, located next to the city highway, in conditions of round-the-clock visual perception, including at night with intense illumination, is achieved by using modern materials and products for facade decoration and arranging the site in accordance with the color standard of the company, using decorative friezes on the parapets of the building and canopy and luminous advertising and information wall and freestanding signs.

Constructive decisions

The calculation of metal structures was performed in the SCAD program, version 11.1, the calculation of the bases was performed according to the formulas of SNiP. Responsibility class of structures P (normal) in accordance with GOST 27751-88. For the relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the finished floor of the MAZK building was taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of +11.600. The foundations were designed on the basis of the conclusion of engineering and geological surveys. Groundwater at the site is recorded at an absolute level of 9.60 m. During periods of active snowmelt and precipitation, the maximum level of groundwater can be expected at depths of about 0,50-0,80 m. In terms of chemical composition, groundwater is aggressive to W4 concrete in terms of water impermeability and has low corrosive aggressiveness with respect to lead and high corrosiveness with respect to aluminum cable sheaths. For an approximate calculation of water inflows into the pits, it is recommended to take the following filtration coefficients: for bulk soils (IGE-1) - 0,05-0,7 m / day; for silty sands (IGE-2) - 1,0 m / day. Under the foundations of the MAZK, a sand cushion 500 mm thick is arranged under the remaining foundations 300 mm thick. Sand pad should be made of medium-grained sand with controlled compaction to usk. = 1,65 t/m. The width of the sand cushion at the level of the base of the foundation should be 0,3 m greater than the width of the foundation. The normative depth of seasonal freezing is 1,45 m. Underground reservoirs, process tanks are located on monolithic reinforced concrete slabs of concrete class B20, W6; F50, preventing the possibility of equipment floating at the maximum rise in groundwater. Foundations for equipment, advertising and road signs - monolithic, shallow reinforced concrete. Concrete class accepted B20, W6; F50. Foundations for fuel tanks - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 400 mm thick made of B20 class concrete; W6; F50.

MAZK building

The foundation for the MAZK building is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 150 mm thick with a beam (rib) along the contour 520 mm high. Concrete - class B20, concrete grade for water resistance - W6; concrete grade for frost resistance - F50. The absolute mark of the bottom of the foundation sole is +10.78. Foundation laying depth - 0,57 m. The slab is reinforced with separate 012 ASh rods with a step of 200 in both directions. The beam (rib) is reinforced with separate rods from reinforcement 025 ASh. Technological load on the plate is 0,04 kgf/cm2. The average pressure on the base from the plate is 0,341 kgf/cm2. Calculated soil resistance of the base: 1,00 kg/cm2 (according to the conclusion on engineering and geological surveys). The expected draft of the MAZK building is 0.554 cm. To protect the base from freezing and frost heaving along the perimeter of the building, laying of slab polystyrene foam 50 mm thick is provided. The frame of the building is based on frames consisting of columns rigidly fixed in the foundation and crossbars rigidly supported on the columns. The system of half-timbered racks and crossbars forms a load-bearing frame for enclosing structures. The wind load is perceived by the longitudinal beams and frame runs at a height of 4,2 m from the floor level. Frame columns are accepted: along row 1 in axes B-E from electric-welded pipe 0325x8 according to GOST 10704-91; the remaining columns are made of bent pipe □ 200x9 according to GOST 30245-2003. Roof beams from a rolled profile: I-beams 35B2 according to STO ASCHM 20-93. The cantilever beams of the canopy are made of bent pipe □ 140x6 according to GOST 30245-2003. Purlins Pr1 - channel 16P, Pr2 - bent channel 140x60x4 in accordance with GOST 8278-83 Covering from profiled flooring H75-750-0,8 is rigidly connected to the purlins. The stability of the building frame in the transverse direction is ensured by frames rigidly fixed in the foundation, in the longitudinal direction - by pinching the columns and the hard disk of the cover. Metal structures are designed for design loads adopted according to SNiP 2.01.07-85*: design value of snow load on the horizontal projection of the pavement for III snow region - 180 kgf/m2; the normative value of wind pressure for the II wind region is 30 kgf/m2.

Canopy over the shopping center

The base for the foundations of the canopy is the EGE-3 layer: heavy, silty loam, hard-plastic, in places to soft-plastic, with sand interlayers, gray and greenish. The foundations for the canopy are monolithic, reinforced concrete, columnar, in terms of size 3050x1100, height 700 mm. Concrete - class B20, concrete grade for water resistance - W6; concrete grade for frost resistance - F50. The absolute mark of the bottom of the foundation sole is +9.75. Foundation laying depth - 1,70 m. The foundations are reinforced with separate rods 010 ASh with a step of 200 in both directions. The maximum pressure on the base of the foundation is 14,63 tf/m2. Estimated soil resistance of the base: 16,8 t/m2. The expected draft of the MAZK building is 1,09 cm.

Metal constructions

The canopy is designed according to the frame scheme. The support of the roof beams on the racks is articulated. Canopy racks are pinched in two directions. The stability of the frame is ensured by the pinching of the main columns in the foundations and the rigidity of the coating disk. The rigidity of the coating disk is provided by a profiled deck, which is attached to all supports in each wave. Columns K1 are taken from a rolled profile: I-beams 20K1 according to STO ASChM 20-93, column spacing is 7,2x1,75 m, beams are taken from rolled profiles - I-beams 35B2 according to STO ASChM 20-93, beam console overhang is 3,4 m. The design load from the column to the base is 14,5 tons. To transfer forces from the column, the K1 column base is fastened with 4 M20 foundation bolts. Anti-corrosion protection of all metal frame elements is carried out with paint coatings in accordance with SNiP 2.03.P-85 "Protection of structures against corrosion". Roofing - from profiled flooring H75-750-0.8.
