Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of the bathing complex of the first category is intended to provide hygienic and sports and recreational services to the population and work as a sanitary checkpoint in case of emergency. The building is of a complex shape in plan, without a basement, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 54 x 24 m, two-story in axes 1-4, four-story in axes 4-6, 8-10, five-story in axes 6-8. The height from the planning mark of the ground to the top of the parapet of the 5th floor is 21,61 m. The mark of the finished floor of the 0,000st floor of the building is taken as a relative mark of 1. The building has separate entrance groups with awnings, including those for visitors to the preferential section of the bathhouse, for visitors to groups of rooms on floors 2-4, and for staff. The building is designed to serve 120 people per shift. The bath complex was designed taking into account the possibility of working as a sanitary checkpoint, for which it is provided, among other things, emergency doors between the men's and women's departments, devices for periodic disinfection of premises and equipment. On the ground floor there are rooms for the lobby group, a cafe, rooms for bathing departments (men's and women's), technical, service and household premises for the staff. The height of the main premises of the first floor is at least 3,6 m. On the second floor there are men's and women's bath sections, including Russian and Turkish steam rooms and saunas, a swimming pool room with a bowl size of 11 x 20 m, a group of recreational facilities (massage rooms, solariums, first-aid post, hairdresser, beauty parlor). In the bath departments, showers, soap, mini-pools and service rooms are designed. The height of the main premises of the second floor is at least 3,6 m. The pool area has a double-height space and stairs leading to the 3rd floor. On the third floor there are men's and women's bath departments, with Russian steam rooms with access to the swimming pool (on the 2nd floor), administrative premises of the bath complex, consumer services premises (including laundry, dry cleaning, repair shops). In the bath departments, showers, soap, mini-pools and service rooms are designed. The height of the main premises of the third floor is at least 3,6 m. On the fourth floor there are separate family rooms with individual steam rooms, soapy, mini-pools and relaxation rooms, administrative premises of the bath complex, a fitness room with dressing rooms and showers. The height of the fourth floor is not less than 3,6 m. The technical rooms are located on the fifth floor. The height of the fifth floor is not less than 3,0 m. The building has 3 L1-type stairwells and an open staircase leading from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. A passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg and a cargo lift with a carrying capacity of 100 kg are designed in the building. The facades of the building are finished with porcelain stoneware, partly from facade profiled sheets, partly from sandwich panels with a polymer coating. The plinth is lined with artificial stone. Internal partitions - from a corpulent and hollow brick. The building is provided with decoration depending on the purpose of the premises. In rooms with wet and damp processes, surfaces were finished with ceramic tiles. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic two-chamber double-glazed windows. Stained glass glazing - single-chamber double-glazed windows with aluminum profiles. The roof is designed as a rolled roof with an internal organized drain. Coating - flat, combined, with ventilated channels. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the access of MGN to the bath complex on all floors of the building. At the entrances equipped with a canopy, ramps with a standard slope and vestibules with standard dimensions are provided. The building is provided with an elevator and universal cabins for MGN. On the 4th floor there is a room equipped for the needs of MGN.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the facility is II (normal). The construction system of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete, the structural system is columnar, the structural scheme is a full frame. The main pitch of the frame columns is 6,0 x 6,0 m, with a section of 500 x 500 mm. The material of the columns is concrete of class B25, the working reinforcement is class A III. Internal walls - walls of stairwells - load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete, 180 mm thick, made of class B25 concrete, working reinforcement - class A III. The walls of the stairwells are the frame rigidity diaphragms. Floor slabs and coating of the multi-storey part of the building - monolithic reinforced concrete smooth, 200 mm thick, made of class B25 concrete, working reinforcement - class A III. Covering in the pool area - steel trusses with a span of 24,0 m. Farms are designed from rectangular and square pipes in accordance with GOST 30245-2003 from steel C345 and C245. The immutability of the cover disk over the pool is ensured by the joint work of trusses, horizontal and vertical connections. The spatial rigidity and stability of the frame of the multi-storey part of the building is ensured by the joint work of columns, stiffening diaphragms and hard disks of floors and roofs. The outer enclosing walls are non-bearing, 250 mm thick, made of solid brick of the KR-r-po grade 250*120*65/1NF/125/2.0/25 GOST 530-2012 on cement-sand mortar grade M75. External enclosing walls are insulated with mineral wool boards 150 mm thick. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers, monolithic platforms made of B25 class concrete, reinforcement - class A500C. Elevator shafts - monolithic reinforced concrete, wall thickness - 180 mm, made of class B25 concrete, working fittings - class A III. The bearing structures of the pool are monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a section of 500 x 500 mm, designed with a step of 6,0 x 6,0 m. The pool is a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl, the thickness of the walls and bottom is 200 mm. The floor slab above the 1st floor hinges on the short consoles of the pool bowl. The material of the pool bowls is concrete of class B25, W10, reinforcement - working reinforcement - class A III. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the certified software package LIRA v. 10.0 considering collaboration with the base. The required fire resistance of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures is provided by increased protective layers of concrete for the working reinforcement of the structures. The foundations are taken on a natural basis. Columnar foundations are designed for the columns, the thickness of the base is 400 mm. Under the load-bearing walls, monolithic reinforced concrete strip foundations are designed. Sole height - 400 mm. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7.5 with a thickness of 100 mm. The foundation material is concrete class B25, W4, F100. The average pressure on the foundation soil is 2,36 kgf/cm2. The design soil resistance of the base is 2,48 kgf/cm2. The average settlement is 2,24 cm. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundations are based on EGE-4 soils (light silty bluish-gray rigid plastic loam), which have the following characteristics: ρn=2,05 t/m3; e=0,610; n=23о; cn=0,27 kgf/cm2; E=110 kg/cm2. The project provides for a complete selection of bulk (IGE-1a), peat (IGE-2) and slightly peaty (IGE-3) soils up to the roof of the IGE-4 layer throughout the construction site. Instead of the selected soils, an artificial base is arranged from coarse-grained sand, compacted in layers. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 104.20. The maximum level of groundwater should be expected during periods of heavy snowmelt and precipitation at an absolute mark of 103.60. Groundwater is slightly aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. The building is being designed in a complex building block.
