Architectural and space-planning solutions The building is designed as an 8-storey building, without a basement and an attic, one-section, rectangular in plan with dimensions in the extreme axes of 25,23 x 15,05 m, the height from the planning ground level to the roofing level is 26 m, to the turret - 67 m.
The building was designed from precast-monolithic reinforced concrete structures of the Yelox system. The facade of the building is decorated with glazed bay windows, balconies on floors 6,7,8, the corner part ends with a turret. The two upper floors are designed indented from the outer wall of the lower floors. On the ground floor there is a built-in parking lot for 9 cars, technical rooms: a built-in transformer substation, a heating point, an electrical panel room, a room for cleaning equipment, a garbage collection chamber, a hall, a security room. Entrances and entrance to the car park are designed from the side of the alley, to the transformer substation - from the street. The height of the car park premises is 2,575 m. On the second floor, the project provides for the placement of office premises designed for the simultaneous stay of 13 people. The height of office premises is 2,575m. The entrance to the office premises is designed from the Main Facade through a separate staircase not connected with residential apartments. From the third to the eighth floors, residential one-two-three-room apartments are designed, with the necessary set of premises. The planning solution of the apartments is designed with the arrangement of kitchens and sanitary facilities similarly vertically. The height of the apartments is designed to be 2.90m. Partitions - according to the Yelox technology, inter-apartment with an air gap of 120 mm. Window filling elements - metal-plastic PVC with double-glazed windows. Interior decoration of common areas is provided in accordance with fire safety requirements. The communication from the apartments to the floors is designed along the L1 type stairwell. The building is designed with an elevator and a garbage chute. The roof is flat, combined with an internal drain, rolled with gravel fire protection. Exterior finish of the facade - painting on the plastered surface. Plinth - facing with natural stone. Thermal protection of enclosing structures and filling elements is designed taking into account the requirements of SNiP 23.02.2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". The project provides for measures for accessibility to people with limited mobility. Provided direct access to the elevator and the parking lot without differences in marks.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

The new residential building was designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures in a column-wall system. The stability and spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of monolithic floors and vertical load-bearing structures. The material of above-ground structures is B25 class concrete, A400 class reinforcement. Monolithic structures are made in fixed formwork of the Velox building system. The main element of the fixed formwork of the Velox system are chip-cement slabs, which do not absorb moisture, have good air permeability and fire resistance. Plates of the Velox system have the necessary hygienic and fire certificates, and are allowed for use in any type of construction industry. Columns with a section of 350x350 mm; internal walls 150 thick; 200 mm. Floor slabs - ribbed along the main beams with a section of 350 x 270 (h) mm; 350x470 (above the first floor) mm. Ribs of slabs with a section of 120x235 (h) mm, floor slab 50 mm thick. The ribbed floor is formed by using formwork in the form of volumetric boxes. On the roof in the corner of the building, a dome of steel structures with roofing steel was designed. The central building and half-timbered racks are based on a prefabricated - monolithic coating structure, designed for the load from the dome and increased snow load. External walls of the building - monolithic reinforced concrete walls 200 mm thick; thermal insulation of the walls is provided by elements of fixed formwork - chip-cement slabs 35 mm thick with insulation made of expanded polystyrene 120 mm thick. The foundations of the building are shallow monolithic reinforced concrete grillages on a pile foundation. Grills - cross tape with a section of 710x1000 (h) mm; the intersection of the grillage coincides with the columns of the floor. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. Pile field of bored piles. The working draft provides for the installation of additional piles in accordance with the architectural solutions and the structural scheme of the building. Bored piles with a diameter of 520 mm, a length of 19,74 m from the bottom of the grillages. At the base of the piles at an absolute mark of minus 17,800 there are sandy loams with gravel and pebbles with a total deformation modulus E = 310 kgf/cm2. The bearing capacity of piles (Fd) is determined by the results of testing piles with a static load and is 270 tf. Control tests of piles have been carried out. Estimated pile load - 200 tf The material of foundation structures is concrete of class B25, W6; W8 - grillages; F150; fittings of class A400. The static calculation of the load-bearing structures of the building was carried out using the Structure CAD program and in an analytical way using the main regulatory documents.
