Architectural solutions

The designed 4-section 5-storey residential building was developed in the 111M construction system. The project is designed for the use of industrial products of the 111M construction system, which are produced in a complete set by reinforced concrete factories. For mark 0,000 is the mark of the finished floor of the first floor, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 133,40m. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint operation of fixed floor hard disks and a cross system of load-bearing internal, as well as load-bearing and hinged longitudinal and transverse external wall panels. The residential building has a rectangular shape in plan, consisting of four 5-storey sections: 2-row-end 21,0x15,0 m, 2-row 27,0x15,0 m. Stairwells type L1 access to all floors, technical floor and roof. All apartments have balconies provided with sedimentation tanks - blind sections of the outer walls with a width of at least 1,2 m. The height of the building from the surface of the passage of fire trucks to the lower edge of the opening window of the upper floor is 13,40 m. The facades are finished in accordance with the color passport. External wall panels of floors 1-5 are made for painting in construction conditions. The room for cleaning equipment, equipped with a sink and a paddon, is located in the first and fourth sections of the technical underground. The individual heating point (ITP) is located in the fourth section. The technical underground has two isolated exits directly to the street. The switchboard is located on the first floor in the 2nd block section with direct access to the street. The floor height of a residential building is assumed to be 2.8m. Basic design solutions

When performing calculations and making basic design decisions, the certified software package "SCAD Office 11.5" was used, which implements the finite element method. Based on the engineering and geological conditions of the site, the foundations were adopted in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Under the monolithic slab, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7.5 with a thickness of 100 mm. For concrete preparation, gluing waterproofing is carried out from 2 layers of Filizol, a protective c / sand screed 30 mm. The following materials are accepted for the installation of a monolithic w / slab: concrete class B25; F75; W6; fittings of class A500C according to GOST R52544-2006 and class A240 according to GOST 5781-82. Reinforcement of the monolithic structure is made by separate rods. The outer walls of the technical underground are three-layer panels 400 thick with insulation made of slab polystyrene foam according to the brand PSBc 35 according to GOST 15588-86, thicknesses.
