Each of the 3 residential buildings is designed from prefabricated structures of the 97 series, characterized by load-bearing transverse and longitudinal walls, with a step of transverse walls of 3,0 and 4,5 m, with the floor resting on the walls along the contour. Construction of the 1st floors and those. subfield - post-beam, designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. All three buildings have: technical underground.
