Architectural and space-planning solutions

The construction of an elevated pedestrian crossing on the highway in the area of the village is planned. The elevated pedestrian crossing includes two pavilions and an elevated pedestrian tunnel over the highway. The pavilions are rectangular in plan with maximum dimensions in the axes of 28,0 x 5,4 m. The volumes of the pavilions are oriented along the highway and are located in close proximity to the carriageway at a distance of at least 2,25 m from the boundaries of the carriageway. The sidewalk in the pavilion area is separated from the carriageway by a fence. The organization of entrances to the pavilions from the sidewalks from the side of the roadway is designed. The maximum height of the pavilion volumes from the planning ground level to the top of the parapet is 11.85 m. The elevated pedestrian tunnel is designed in a cylindrical volume in a spatial truss with a span of 46,2 m. The width of the pedestrian tunnel is at least 2,25 m (between the fences), the height in the passage zone is 2,2-2,57 m. The height from the roadway to the bottom of the structure spatial truss of the pedestrian tunnel at least 5,0 m. In each pavilion, a ramp was designed for lifting pedestrians, including disabled people, to the level of the exit site to the pedestrian tunnel at the level of +6,00 m. between the handrails), the depth of the platforms is at least 1 m, the ramps are equipped with handrails at a height of 12 m and 0,750 m on both sides. Covering of platforms and ramps - fine-grained asphalt concrete 2,25 mm thick with anti-icing additives. In addition to ramps, shafts are designed in each pavilion for the possible installation of lifts for the disabled in the future. The need to install these shafts is confirmed by a letter from the customerOver the entrances to the pavilions, spatial metal trusses were designed for the installation of illuminated information signs for the transition, the top of the trusses is at +14.000. In each pavilion, in the space under the ramps at the 0,000 mark, a room for electrical panel and cleaning equipment (for dry cleaning) and a pantry for consumables with separate external entrances are designed. The coverings over part of the pavilions in the area of the turnaround areas of the ramp are pitched, the roof is made of profiled galvanized steel sheet with 2-sided tinted polyester coating with organized external drainage. Coverings over the ramps of the pedestrian tunnel - vaulted, translucent, in the form of stained-glass windows made of aluminum profiles filled with sheets of impact-resistant cast polycarbonate sheet b = 6 mm (required with 2-sided UV protection). Facade stained-glass windows - from aluminum profiles filled with sheets of colorless cast polycarbonate b = 4-6 mm with 2-sided UV protection. The exterior decoration of the pavilions' facades was designed partly with natural slate tiles (basement sections of reinforced concrete walls and pylons) and partly with the use of specialized tinting impregnations for reinforced concrete walls and monolithic reinforced concrete pylons. Due to the lack of heating in the above-ground pedestrian crossing, for the design of the internal spaces of the crossing, it is envisaged to use materials identical to those used for finishing the facades.

Technological and constructive solutions of a linear object. Artificial constructions

The elevated pedestrian crossing is a gallery-type structure and is equipped with two pavilions with ramps located inside with a slope of 0.08, with horizontal platforms. In addition, it is possible to place elevators in the future. The minimum width of the passable part of the NPP is 2,25 m (between 2-sided handrails) due to the intensity of pedestrian traffic less than 3000 people per hour. The bridge and ramps are equipped with handrails for convenient and safe passage of pedestrians, as well as the movement of people with disabilities and other people with limited mobility. To protect pedestrians from atmospheric precipitation and comfortable passage over the carriageway, the bridge structure is designed to be covered, using honeycomb panels with an internal structure made by extrusion with a polycarbonate base. The ground pavilions of the NPP, in which the ramps are located, are completely identical and are located symmetrically (with a turn of 180 degrees) relative to the central (transverse) axis of the span. The supports on which the span structure is installed are reinforced concrete frame on pile foundations. Pavilions are built on shallow foundations. At the request of the operating organization, as part of the ground pavilions of the NPP, the project provides for the organization of utility rooms intended for storage of cleaning equipment (cleaning by means of small-scale mechanization), placement of various engineering equipment and / or consumables. Ventilation and airing of the walkway on the bridge is supposed to be arranged through openings in the cover structure. The bridge structures are designed for a normative temporary vertical load of 400 kg/m2. The span material is low-alloy steel for bridge construction grades 15KhSND and 15KhSND-2. Protection of metal structures against corrosion is carried out by a coating system in accordance with the STP.
