- existing window openings requiring repair are reinforced with metal clips;
- roof elements are dismantled;
- new coating designs are being implemented);
- for the installation of ventilation systems, supporting metal structures are made. Works are carried out with the help of hand tools from inventory mobile scaffolds;
- new openings for ventilation systems are made in the existing floor and roof slabs.
- metal lintels are made over enlarged doorways;
The following works are foreseen:
- repair of facades with insulation. Repair of facades is carried out from inventory scaffolding;
- replacement of window blocks with metal-plastic ones;
- replacement of external doors with metal, insulated ones;
- replacement of internal door blocks;
- repair of door and window slopes;
- replacement of floors;
- replacement of the roof with the repair of ventilation ducts.
Repair of engineering systems - water supply, sewerage, ventilation, smoke removal, power supply, fire and security alarm systems and heating are carried out indoors from inventory mobile scaffolds. Works are carried out with manual mechanized tools. External relocation of engineering systems is carried out using mini-excavators.
Improvement of the territory - arrangement of driveways, gardening. Construction is carried out in the following sequence:
- dismantling works - with the help of jackhammers, the old pavement of the blind area and roads is destroyed, loaded into a dump truck and taken to a landfill.
- earthworks - soil compaction, manual leveling;
- the device of the bases from crushed stone and sand manually;
- device of a covering from a tile and installation of side stones;
- landscaping in accordance with the project.
