Architectural and space-planning solutions

A fire station was designed with a maximum dimensions in the axes of 48,900 x 48,350 m, a height from the planning mark of the adjacent territory to the top of the parapet of the maintenance post and car wash and the 2-storey part of the administrative building 8,250 m (the top of the parapet of the training training tower is 17,650 m). The building consists of a one-two-story administrative building with auxiliary premises and a sports and recreation complex located on the 1st floor, consisting of a gym with a locker room and showers, a thermal chamber with a relaxation room, a psychological unloading room and a dining room with amenity rooms (in one-story part) and with a training tower for training personnel and for drying fire hoses. The fire fighting and maintenance rooms (allocated in a separate fire compartment) are located in the one-story part and consist of a garage for 4 cars, a car wash room, a car maintenance post and a workshop. On the 1st floor there are warehouses for the storage of fire fighting equipment, fire extinguishing agents and cleaning equipment, a gas and smoke protection service post and an oil pantry. The car maintenance post is equipped with a crane beam with a hoist and a viewing hole. Administrative premises are located on the 2nd floor: a meeting room, executive offices, household premises. Plastering is provided for the finishing of external walls in the project documentation. The basement is finished with sandstone. Windows - metal-plastic, with double-glazed windows, providing sound insulation of the interior from external noise. The interior decoration provides for the use of modern finishing materials. Reinforced concrete walls, brick and tongue-and-groove partitions are painted with paints on the preparatory surface. The walls of bathrooms and rooms with wet processes are finished with ceramic tiles in accordance with the requirements of 12E-FZ of 22.07.2008/123/03. Ceilings are leveled, rubbed and painted with water-based paint. Ceramic tiles are used to cover floors in bathrooms, showers, catering facilities, stairwells, vestibules. In the corridors - ceramic granite, in the sports hall - linoleum made of natural materials in accordance with the requirements of 22.07.2008-XNUMX of XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX, in the administration offices - linoleum, in the premises of fire equipment, maintenance and in the car wash - concrete. Measures to ensure access for disabled people due to the specifics of the work of the fire station are not provided. In case of visiting the fire station by the disabled, there is a bathroom for the disabled, openings without thresholds, and low curb stones on the territory.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Responsibility level - II (normal). The building of the fire station is designed according to a mixed structural scheme and is divided into four blocks by sedimentary seams. The structural scheme of the main part of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, the structural scheme of the training tower is cross-walled. The outer walls of the technical underground are monolithic reinforced concrete 250 mm thick with external insulation. The load-bearing walls of the stairwells and the training tower are monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. External walls - with insulation and with decorative plaster. Columns - section 400 x 400 mm, grid of columns 6,0 x 6,0 m. Beams - with a section of 400 x 500 (H) and 400 x 600 (H) mm, taking into account the thickness of the ceiling. Floor slabs and coatings - beams made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm. Beams - with a section of 400 x 500 (H) and 400 x 600 (H) mm, taking into account the thickness of the ceiling. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete. The material of monolithic structures in contact with the ground is concrete of class B25, \\ ^ 6, P50, not in contact with the ground - B25, P50, class A400 reinforcement. The outer walls of the above-ground part are non-bearing multi-layer made of solid brick M 150, P75 250 mm thick, effective insulation and facade decoration with decorative plaster. The connection of the layers and the fastening of the walls to the supporting frame is carried out by flexible connections with an anti-corrosion coating. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical elements united by floor disks. The calculation of the supporting structures of the building was performed in the elastic stage using the 8SAB software package version 11.5. The relative mark of 0,000 is taken as the absolute mark of 32.45. The foundations are provided in the form: monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slab 300 mm thick with local thickenings for walls and columns up to 600 mm; monolithic reinforced concrete slab 600 mm thick; free-standing columnar foundations for columns. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm along a layer of compacted rubble. Foundation material - class B25 concrete; R50, \U6, class fittings A400. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundations are the IGE-2, EGE-3 layers - fine and silty sands of medium density with a deformation modulus E = 25-15 MPa. The expected draft does not exceed 2 cm. To protect the buried part from groundwater, waterproofing of surfaces in contact with the ground is provided. The project provides for the construction of a fire tank with dimensions in the axes 3.0 x 6,0 m, height 3,8 m from prefabricated reinforced concrete products of factory production and with sections from monolithic reinforced concrete of class B15, P150, \U (5 in accordance with the standard project 901-4-6483. Depth of the reservoir 5.0 m. Concrete preparation is provided under the bottom. At the base of the reservoir lies the IGE-2 layer - fine sands of medium density with characteristics E = 250 kg / cm2, e = 0,725, Ф = 28 °. The project provides for waterproofing the reservoir and embankment with soil in a layer of 1 meter. For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the top of the reinforced concrete slab of the bottom, corresponding to the absolute mark of 27,29, was taken.
