Information about the functional purpose of the capital construction object

The project developed a "Sports and recreation complex with a universal game room 21x36 m". The building is separate. The purpose of the designed object is a sports complex with a universal sports hall without stands and a gym. The universal sports hall is designed for training sessions in basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, other sports - mini football, table tennis, dancing, chess, etc. The gym is designed for strength training and warming up those involved before classes, it houses simulators for all muscle groups. Auxiliary, office and additional premises: a vestibule with an entrance vestibule, a cloakroom for those involved, administration, security, coaching rooms, a nurse on duty, two dressing rooms for 12 people for a universal hall, a storage room. Dressing rooms are equipped with showers and toilets. An inventory room is located at the universal hall. Cleaning of premises is carried out by a cleaning company under a contract, a room is provided for cleaning equipment. Technical premises: switchboard, ventilation chamber, ITP. There is a bathroom for the disabled.

Architectural solutions

The space-spatial and architectural-planning solutions for the building of the sports and recreation complex were adopted taking into account the specifics of the facility, based on technological processes, placement on the general layout, sanitary and fire safety standards, in accordance with the space-planning solution for buildings of this type in accordance with the regulatory documentation approved by the Customer design assignment. The projected building of the sports and recreation complex is one-storey without a basement, rectangular in plan. It consists of precast concrete elements and metal structures. The facades of the building are hinged wall sandwich panels with an effective factory-ready basalt insulation, lined with a metal sheet. Socle - brick with insulation and facing with porcelain stoneware. Windows and stained-glass windows - two-chamber double-glazed windows in metal-plastic covers. Doors: external - two-chamber double-glazed windows in metal-plastic covers and metal ones; internal - wooden. Roof made of polymer membrane, insulated. The general dimensions of the building in plan are 33x36 m. The height of the universal hall to the bottom of the trusses is 9 m. The height of the attached part of the building to the bottom of the reinforced concrete floor slabs is 3,90 m. The whole complex of the premises of the building ensures the functional processes that take place there. Description and justification of the compositional techniques used in the design of facades and interiors. The main compositional technique is asymmetry, the rhythmic alternation of the planes of color elements. To decorate the facades of the building, hinged sandwich panels of two colors are used. The appearance of windows and doors has been changed due to the introduction of active vertical color divisions with their simultaneous enlargement.

Constructive decisions

For the mark 0.000, the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor of the building, corresponding to the absolute mark of 151.000m, was taken. The foundations are columnar on a natural base with a monolithic reinforced concrete slab and a prefabricated reinforced concrete column. The connection of the columns with the foundation is rigid. The basis of the foundations is the EGE-2 soil - loam from soft plastic to fluid-plastic consistency. Estimated characteristics of the physical and mechanical properties of soils: Loam from fluid-plastic to soft-plastic consistency. In the transverse direction, the building consists of a 1-span frame 21 m and, adjacent to it, a 1-storey annex, a reinforced concrete frame according to series 1.020.1-1-87. Roof trusses with a span of 21m of individual production from rolled corners. The farm nodes are taken from the series 1.263.2-4 v.1. Rafter beams at the ends with a span of 10.5 m from rolled I-beams. The coating is solved according to the running scheme with steel corrugated board. Insulation - rigid mineral wool boards. The roof is a membrane. The stability of the coating is ensured by: a solid disk of the coating formed by a profiled flooring; - horizontal ties and struts along the lower and upper chords of trusses; vertical links across farms. Wind loads are transmitted through horizontal braces and struts along the upper chords of trusses to vertical braces between columns. Columns in span 21m reinforced concrete 400x400mm according to series 1.020.1-1-87. Spatial stability of the frame is ensured by rigid anchoring of columns in the plane of the frames in the foundation slab, by vertical bracing and by a hard disc of the cover. The remaining columns are reinforced concrete 300x300 according to series 1.020.1-7. Ceilings from hollow-core slabs on reinforced concrete crossbars of the 1.041.1-3 series. The role of rigidity diaphragms is performed by steel ties. Spatial stability of the frame is ensured by rigid embedment of columns in the plane of the frames in the foundation slab, a system of steel ties with adjacent tie columns, united by horizontal floor disks. The outer walls are made of vertically cut sandwich panels. Modular boiler room. For heat supply and hot water supply of the sports and recreation complex, a stand-alone modular water-heating gas boiler house MKV-0,3 of a container type was designed, with the dimensions of each container in the axes 8010x3400x3050 (H) manufactured by Boiler Equipment Plant LLC, Tuymazy. Designed for the boiler room: reinforced concrete base made of concrete class. B15 F50 on the underlying layer of crushed stone preparation and compacted soil; Well-mixer. Monolithic reinforced concrete foundation 2m deep under the chimney. A double-barrel chimney is included in the scope of supply along with a modular boiler room and is attached to the foundation with anchor bolts. Before starting construction and installation works, check the orientation of the supporting column with the manufacturer. Fencing of the boiler room site has been completed.
