Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project for the reconstruction of real estate objects as part of a property complex for a recreation center provides for the dismantling of 1-2-storey buildings of various functional purposes that are in disrepair, except for the art well pavilion and TP, and the construction of a group of 1-2-3 storey buildings, stylistically and functionally combined into a single complex. In accordance with the design task, the reconstruction is supposed to be carried out in 3 stages. The presented design documentation was developed for the 1st stage (stage) of reconstruction, including: dismantling of emergency buildings located on the site; dismantling of the arterial well and reconstruction of the TP (designed by a specialized network organization); construction of the main building of the recreation center (building 2) and 2 residential buildings. Main building. The main building (building No. 2) has 4 above-ground floors (including the attic) and a basement floor, consists of latitudinal and meridional blocks (with a building width of 20,20 m), connected by a cylindrical volume dominating in height, in which the vestibule is located (for 1 floor), an assembly hall (on floors 2-3) and a banquet hall (on the attic floor). Dimensions in the plan are 61,40 x 57,40 m. The maximum height of the building from the level of the planning ground level is 15 m, the height of the angular cylindrical volume is 16.8 m (emphasis). On the territory bounded by latitudinal and meridional blocks, it is planned (at the 3rd stage of construction) to place a covered unheated underground parking lot. On the 1st floor there are premises for public and technical purposes: a lobby with a reception desk and a security room, a cafe for 50 people, an exhibition hall, a library, an administration, an electrical panel room, a control room, and bathrooms. On the 2nd floor there is an assembly hall for 238 seats, a lecturer's room, an artistic room, residential 2-bed rooms of a hotel type. On the 3rd floor there are 2 Internet cabinets for 6 people each and 2-bed hotel-type rooms. In the attic floor - 2-bed rooms of hotel type. On the ground floor, a table tennis room, a darts room, solariums, contrast bath rooms with showers, steam rooms and relaxation rooms, as well as staff rooms, laboratories, storerooms, technical rooms, and a loading room are designed. For communication between the floors, six staircases are designed, one of which is service (connects the production premises of the cafe), three elevators and a lift. The elevator in axes 9-B is service, designed to connect the production premises of the cafe with the utility rooms of the banquet hall on the attic floor. Residential buildings. Residential buildings (building No. 1.1 for 50 people and building No. 1.2 - binding of building No. 1.1) - rectangular in plan (35,26 m x 17,74 m), 13,4 m high, have 3 overground floors (including attic) and a basement floor. The basement floor of each building houses the premises of a heating point and a water metering unit, a pantry for cleaning equipment, a health complex with a gym, 2 table tennis halls, showers, bathrooms and a relaxation room. On the 1st floor, a vestibule group of premises, a hall, two one-room service apartments with a separate entrance, an electrical panel room, and double hotel rooms are designed. On the 2nd and attic floors there are halls and hotel 2-bed rooms. Two staircases are designed to connect the floors. The architectural design of the facades of all buildings is solved in the same style using the same finishing materials: the plinth cladding is a natural limestone stone, the wall decoration is a two-tone front brick and decorative concrete inserts. Roofing - soft tiles "KATEPAL". Blind area - paving slabs. In accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2-35-01, the project documentation provides for the accessibility of the main building at the level of the 2001st floor for people with limited mobility, the possibility of their movement around the territory of the recreation center and living on the first floor of each of the two residential buildings. The outdoor car park provides parking spaces for the disabled.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

Corps 1.1 and 1.2. The buildings are designed according to the cross-wall design scheme. External walls are load-bearing and self-supporting. The walls are designed from ceramic stone KR 2.1NF/150/1.0/100 in accordance with GOST 530-2007, 640 mm thick, with brick facing KE(KL)0,7NF/250/2,0/75, 85 mm thick. The layers are interconnected by means of anchors. Internal brick walls with a thickness of 250 and 380 mm are designed from bricks KorPo 1nf/150/2,0/75 and KorPu 1nf/150/2,0/75 on mortar M125. The outer walls of the basement floor are prefabricated from concrete blocks 600 mm thick with the inclusion of sections made of monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B15, W6, F50), internal brick walls 380 mm thick are designed from KorPo 1nf / 150 / 2,0 / 75 bricks on mortar M125. Ceilings - from prefabricated hollow-core reinforced concrete slabs, 220 mm thick. Plates are designed according to series 1.141.1 and 1.241.1. Concrete of monolithic sections B20. Coating - a combined truss system of metal beams (bend-welded pipes 120 x 80 x 5 ÷ 200 x 160 x 6 according to GOST 30245-2003 and I-beam 23K2 according to STO ASCHM 20-93) and wooden beams, slanting and rafter legs from boards and beams 60 x 150÷100 x 200 mm. Brick partitions 120 mm thick are designed from KorPu 1nf/150/2,0/75 bricks. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls and hard floor disks. Stairs are designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along metal stringers and platforms from monolithic reinforced concrete, B20 concrete. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the SCAD Office 11.1 software package. The foundations are taken in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 250 mm thick. Concrete B25,W6, F50. A 100mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the foundation. Building 2. The hull is designed according to a mixed constructive scheme. Monolithic reinforced concrete columns with non-constant column spacing, columns with a diameter of 510 mm, concrete B25÷30. Beams - monolithic reinforced concrete section 280x380 and 850x400mm.
