Architectural and space-planning solutions

Designed a hotel building for 40 people and sports boarding school for 50 places. Building - 1-3 - storey with a basement (not included in the number of above-ground floors). The building has a complex shape with dimensions in the axes of 73,70 x 73,70 m. In accordance with the functional purpose, the building is designed from three blocks: a block of the sleeping building of the boarding school and a block of the residential building of the hotel, united by a central public block with a cafe and a conference hall . Height of 1-3 floors of the dormitory building of the boarding school and the residential building of the hotel = 3,6 m. The height of the dormitory building of the boarding school and the residential building of the hotel from the planning mark to the top of the parapet is 14,05 m; the maximum height of the central volume of the building from the planning level of the ground to the top of the parapet is 18,85 m. The building is intended to accommodate a boarding school with 50 beds for children aged 14 to 19 and a hotel with 40 beds for football teams and accompanying persons. The boarding school and the hotel are designed with separate isolated entrances and with the possibility of passage at the level of the 1st floor to the lobby of the central public block. In the dormitory of the boarding school from the 1st to the 3rd floors, 23 one-room single rooms and 14 one-room double rooms were designed as part of a living room with a vestibule and a bathroom with a shower cabin, on the 1st floor a self-studying room, a rest room, an isolation room, administrative premises of the boarding school and utility rooms were designed service personnel, in the basement there are household premises for the service personnel of the boarding school and trainers, an office for an on-duty educator, and technical rooms. For vertical communication between floors 1-3, two stairwells are provided that have access to the outside directly or through the lobby; for communication between the basement and 1st floor, a separate staircase is provided that has access to the street. A passenger elevator has been designed, adapted for transporting fire departments, with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg (from the level of the basement). In the residential building of the hotel, 34 one-room single rooms are designed as part of a living room with a vestibule and a bathroom with a shower and 3 two-room double rooms. On the 1st floor, a hotel lobby with a place for the administrator on duty, a luggage storage room, administrative premises of the hotel and utility rooms of the hotel staff are designed, on the ground floor there are household rooms for the hotel staff, technical rooms and laundry rooms of the hotel and boarding school as part of the laundry, drying and ironing and two storerooms. For vertical communication between the 1-3 floors of the hotel, two staircases are provided that have access to the outside directly or through the lobby; for communication between the basement and the 1st floor, a separate staircase is provided that has access to the street. In the central public block on the 1st floor, a lobby with a security room, a cloakroom and bathrooms for visitors, utility and household premises of a cafe with a separate entrance were designed, on the 2nd floor, cafe premises with a dining room for 50 people were designed, on the 3rd floor, a foyer and a conference room were designed for 296 seats. For vertical connection between floors 1-3, two stairwells are provided, which have access to the outside through the lobby. In a one-story annex with a separate exit from the courtyard, the residential building of the hotel adjoins the premises of a recreation complex for athletes over 17 years old with a sauna, showers, a room with a pool at the sauna, a relaxation room and a massage room. The main entrance to the restoration complex is provided from the hotel lobby. There are four exits to the roof from the stairwells. The cover is flat, with an organized internal drain. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Exterior finishing of facades: plinth - cladding with granite slabs of the walls of the above-ground floors - finishing of porcelain stoneware according to the ventilated facade system. Interior decoration is designed in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. Measures are envisaged to ensure the life of the disabled. The porch of the main entrance is designed with two ramps. To lift disabled parents from the lobby of the main entrance to the level of the 1st floor to the premises of the administration of the boarding school, an inclined lift is provided on the open staircase, a fire safety zone is designed on the 1st floor and a bathroom for MGN in the lobby.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building was designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures, divided into three deformation blocks in accordance with the functional purpose: the sleeping building of the boarding school, the residential building of the hotel and the central insert - the public block. The structural scheme of the dormitory and residential buildings is a cross-wall system with two longitudinal walls. The step of the transverse walls is 4,50 m. The walls are 180 mm thick, the floor slabs are 200 mm. The constructive scheme of the public block is a cross-wall system with columns in the entrance part of the block. Columns with a section of 500x500 mm; walls 180 mm thick. Floor slabs 200 mm thick on beams with a section of 500x400 mm. Covering the swimming pool room at the sauna - prefabricated reinforced concrete flat slabs on steel beams; covering of the conference hall - prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow flooring. The stability and spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of monolithic floors and vertical load-bearing structures. The material of above-ground structures is concrete of class B25; class fittings AIII. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the SCAD software package. The level of responsibility of the building is normal. External walls: non-bearing - floor-by-floor cut based on ceilings and consist of class B3.5 aerated concrete blocks with a density of 600 kg / m3, 300 mm thick, load-bearing - monolithic reinforced concrete, basement walls - monolithic reinforced concrete three-layer with insulation in the middle zone. Insulation for the outer walls of the building is part of the facade hinged system, the fastening of which to the supporting structures of the building is developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. The foundations were designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The foundation design is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick on a natural base of medium-density silty sands with design characteristics ρ=2,04 t/m3, φ= 29°, c= 0,03 kgf/cm2, E= 150 kgf/cm2. Estimated draft - 3,6 cm. Material of underground structures - concrete class B25; W6; F100; fittings of class AIII. Basement waterproofing from groundwater: the use of high-grade concrete for water resistance for the foundation slab and the outer walls of the basement, the installation of waterproofing from Voltex mats at the base of the foundation slab and along the outer surface of the walls of the basement, the use of waterproofing pads in the working seams of concreting. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 24.58.
