The project documentation provides for the construction of 3 residential buildings (blocks A, B, C) and a parking lot (block D). The level of the finished floor of the 0,000st floor of residential buildings was taken as a relative mark of 1, which corresponds to an absolute mark of 3,75 m. (with dimensions in the extreme axes 25x27,6 m), basement and upper technical floor. In the basement, a heating point, a water metering unit, a cable entry room, ventilation chambers are designed, and engineering communications are provided. On the technical floor of the house at the level of 25,2m, utility and technical rooms are designed and wiring of engineering communications is provided. Above the technical floor at el. +68.60 are designed - ventilation chambers and machine room of elevators. The residential part of the house has a separate entrance leading to the lobby. The building has four elevators. On the 71.400st floor, built-in public facilities (children's creative center and HOA) with independent entrances and exits, and premises for maintenance of a residential building are designed. Residential apartments are designed from the 1nd to the 2th floors. In the basement of the residential building are designed: a built-in parking lot for 20 cars, a heating point, a water metering unit, a cable entry room, ventilation chambers, utilities. The residential part of the house has a separate entrance leading to the lobby. The building is designed (four elevators). On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, built-in public premises are designed (the 1st floor is a rental point; the 2nd and 3rd floors are office premises), which have independent entrances and exits, and premises for the maintenance of a residential building. Residential apartments are designed from the 4th to the 20th floors. The height of the 1st floor is 4.20 m, the height of the 2nd and 3rd floors is 2.80 m, the height of the residential floors is 2.80 m, the height of the basement is 3.60 m, the height of the premises of the technical floor is 2.80 m. The maximum height of the vertical plane of the facade from the planning level of the ground to the top of the parapet is 61.250 m. Smoke-free stairwells of type H1 are designed for evacuation in each residential building. Each residential block is equipped with a garbage chute. The types and number of apartments in residential buildings are accepted in accordance with the apartment layout agreed by the customer. Parking lot (block D) - 2-storey (with an underground level), dimensions in terms of 61,8 x57,6 m, with a capacity of 210 cars, attached to a residential building (block A) through a transitional gallery. The above-ground part of the car park is rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 44.80x34.0 m. Height of premises: underground level - 3,60 m; 1st floor - 4.05 m; 2nd floor - 2,95 m. In the volume of the parking lot, the premises of the electrical panel and ventilation chambers are allocated. Three entrances were designed - exits to the underground level and to the second floor along a double-track ramp. Evacuation exits - on three stairs from the underground level. On the operated roof of the car park (elev. +7.00m) a recreation area is designed. The entrance to the operated roof is provided from the transition gallery. The constructive scheme of buildings is monolithic-frame. External walls - brick 250 mm thick or monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation from mineral wool slabs 150 mm thick, with porcelain stoneware cladding. Plinth - porcelain stoneware cladding. Partitions - brick 120 mm thick, aerated concrete 100 mm thick and plasterboard with an air gap (mineral wool filling). Windows and balcony doors - metal-plastic profiles filled with two-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows. Glazing of balconies and loggias - aluminum stained-glass construction with single glazing. Doors - metal-plastic, metal and wooden, glazed and deaf, fire-resistant and conventional. Gates - metal insulated, lifting, with electric drive. Coating - flat, insulated, roofing from rolled materials, in some places - with a protective layer of gravel. The drain is internal. The roof over the car park is exploitable with tiled flooring. Finishing of premises and floors - in accordance with the purpose of the premises. Measures are envisaged to ensure the accessibility of buildings and structures for the disabled and people with limited mobility. The vestibule entrance vestibules are designed with a depth of at least 1.5m. Entrances to residential buildings, built-in premises, parking are equipped with ramps.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The residential complex includes four blocks A; B; IN; G, designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures. Block A Structural scheme of the cross-wall system. The walls are 200 mm thick, the outer walls of the basement are 300 mm thick. Floor slabs 200 mm thick above the basement, 180 mm - overlying floors. Block B is a multi-storey building with a car park developed outside the block in the basement and an attached underground car park. Block B is a multi-storey building with a car park in the basement developed outside the block. Block G - consists of two compartments separated by a sedimentary seam. The spatial rigidity and stability of the blocks is ensured by the joint work of vertical load-bearing elements with interfloor ceilings. Blocks B and C are designed without a settlement joint between the multi-storey part of the building and the underground car park extending beyond the block, which is taken into account by the calculation and design of the building's load-bearing elements. Structural scheme of the multi-storey part of blocks B and C: within the basement - column - wall system; the aboveground part is a cross-wall system with the coincidence of the axes of the walls and the basement frame. Columns - section 400x400 mm; 1000x400 mm. Walls - 200 mm thick; basement outer walls - 400 mm thick. Overlap above the basement - a slab 200 mm thick along the under-wall beams. The height of the beams is variable: 500 mm in span; 800 mm on a support; beam width - 400 mm. Floor slabs in the above-ground part of the blocks are beamless 180 mm thick. To reduce the forces in the floor slabs with a span of 6,6 m, hidden beams are provided along the free side of the outer contour of the blocks. The ceilings are provided with a perforation device filled with effective insulation to reduce heat loss through cold bridges. External walls of blocks A, B, C - non-bearing, floor-by-floor, supported by floors and consisting of a layer of silicate brick 250 mm thick; bearing - from monolithic reinforced concrete. Walls - with insulation, which is part of the facade hinged system. Structural solutions for fastening the system of the facade hinged system to the supporting structures of the building are developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. Attached underground car park of Block B adjacent to Blocks A; B and C are separated by a sedimentary seam and are a system of rigidly interconnected monolithic reinforced concrete foundations, columns, walls and roofing. Columns with a section of 400x400 mm; covering - a plate 250 mm thick on beams. The height of the beams is variable: 500 mm in span; 800 mm on a support; beam width 400 mm.  The structure of the parking lot is calculated taking into account the load from the fire engine. Block G - at the junction with blocks A and B is separated by sedimentary seams and divided by a sedimentary seam into two compartments. The structural scheme is a rigid spatial frame system with external load-bearing basement walls and non-load-bearing external walls made of sand-lime bricks in the above-ground part. Columns - section 400x400 mm; ceilings and coating - a slab 160 mm thick along beams with a section of 400x800 (h). The material of above-ground structures is B25 class concrete; fittings - class AIII. The static calculation of the load-bearing structures of the blocks was performed using the Lira 9.2 software package. The level of responsibility of the blocks is normal. Horizontal movement of the top of the blocks: block A - 0,25 cm; blocks B and C - 0,2 cm. blocks B and C - 0,068 m/s2, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The foundations were designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site and testing of block A piles with a static load. Foundation design - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs - grillages on a pile foundation. The thickness of the slabs: blocks A; B; C - 500 mm, block D and the attached underground parking lot of block B - 600 mm. Material of underground structures - concrete class B30, W8, F100; fittings - class AIII. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete driven, 12,0 m long.  According to the results of testing piles with a section of 40x40 cm with a static load, the design bearing capacity of piles (Fd) is 200 tf. block B - 35 tf; block G - 35 tf. Static load tests of piles are provided. Waterproofing of basements from groundwater: the use of concrete of the W68 water resistance grade for the grillage and the outer walls of the basement, the installation of pasted waterproofing of the closed basement contour, the use of waterproofing gaskets in the working seams of concreting. A relative elevation of 100 corresponds to an absolute elevation of 70 m.

Organization of construction

The project provides for the organization of work on the construction of a residential complex, including a two-story underground parking lot. During the preparatory period, work is being carried out to organize the construction site. Due to the difficult engineering and geological conditions of construction, the project provides for the installation of sheet piling with a length of 314 rm. from a sheet pile of the Larsen-5 type, 12,0 m long. (except for the southeastern section of the construction site). The construction master plan was developed on a scale of 1:500 for the period of construction of the building, taking into account the work of the preparatory period. Temporary solid fencing of the construction site is provided from a profiled sheet on wooden posts 2,0 m high. in accordance with the requirement of GOST 23407-78. The power supply of the construction is carried out from the Cummins C330D5 diesel generator. Entry and exit of transport and construction equipment to the construction site is organized from Valor Street. At the exit from the construction site, it is planned to wash the wheels of Moidodyr-K vehicles with circulating water supply. Intrasite driveways are arranged on reinforced concrete slabs on a crushed stone base. Mechanization of construction works is complex, using the following mechanisms: for earthworks - 2 Komatsu PC200-LC7 excavators, Caterpillar D5 LGP bulldozer, Amkodor 325 front loader; for piling - Junttan PM-25 piling rig, JD 20 drilling rig, Movax SP-50 vibratory driver; for installation work - 2 Liebherr 112EC-H8 tower cranes, an RDK-25 erection crane, a KS-45719 truck crane, a PMG 500 cargo mast hoist; for concrete work - concrete pump Putzmeister M 62. The mode of operation is two-shift. Materials are stored at storage sites with a margin of no more than 5 days. Provision of construction materials - from the enterprises of the construction industry. Amenity premises for construction workers, with a maximum number of employees of 232 people, are provided from 18 container-type inventory change houses. The total duration of construction, taking into account the work of the preparatory period, is 33 months. Construction waste generated during the construction of the building is removed by a specialized organization to a licensed solid waste landfill. The requirements for the organization of the construction site, labor protection and hygiene of construction work, methods of construction work, methods of instrumental control over the quality of construction, labor safety measures, and environmental conditions are met in the project in full. The use of materials and mechanization specified in the project is justified by calculations and conditions for the production of work.

Authorization
