Architectural solutions

The project provides for a major overhaul of the building and landscaping of the surrounding area. Design solutions are determined by the main overall dimensions of the building, the position of the supporting structures, the requirements of regulatory documents, as well as the Customer's instructions on the composition and functional interconnection of the premises. The building of the preschool educational institution is a 2-storey rectangular building with dimensions in terms of 41,0 x 17,8 (m), with a building area of ​​563.70 m² and a height of 11,0 m For the relative mark of 0.000, the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 3.950 in the Baltic height system. The configuration of the facades of the renovated building remains the same. The facade and plinth are insulated from the outside with Rocwool “Facade Butts” semi-rigid mineral wool boards /130-145 kg / m3 /, followed by plastering with thin-layer facade plaster of the “Eunice Bark Beetle Decor” type of the facade and finishing with ceramic granite tiles of the plinth. The structure of a preschool educational institution includes the following groups of premises: - three group cells - isolated rooms belonging to each group, consisting of a dressing room, group, toilet, pantry and bedroom; - a specialized room - a hall for music and sports activities, designed for alternate use by all or several children's groups; - related premises - premises of the catering unit, laundry room, medical unit; - Office and amenity premises for staff. There are three ventilation chambers in the technical attic. The organization of the relief of the adjacent territory ensures the unimpeded movement of the MGN, as well as free access to the building through the main entrance. MGN access to all premises of the 1st floor is provided. Constructive decisions

This project is designed for the following climatic conditions: design temperature of the outside air - minus 30°С; design snow load for district III - 180 kgf/m2; normative wind load for region I - 17 kgf/m2. In accordance with Federal Law No. 384, the building belongs to the normal level of responsibility. The structural scheme of the building is frameless with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse walls. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of longitudinal and transverse load-bearing brick walls and floor slabs. The status quo: Foundations - strip, rubble on lime-sand mortar under the main 2-storey part of the building and columnar rubble under the wooden walls of the extension of the building. The floors of the 1st floor are plank, made on wooden beams and metal beams. Wooden beams are secondary, made with leaning on the walls and on the main metal beams. The main metal beams rest on the walls and brick pillars. External and internal walls (with the exception of verandas in the axes V-G / 1 - 1-3 and V-G / 1 - 8-10) are made of red clay bricks on a lime-sand mortar. The thickness of the outer walls is 0,57 m. The lintels over the openings are wooden. The outer walls of the verandas on the axes V-G/1 - 1-3 and V-G/1 - 8-10 are made of wood, made on a frame of timber with plank filling. Covers: the existing basement ceilings are made on metal beams with inter-beam filling from monolithic concrete on a broken brick filler; interfloor and attic floors are made on wooden and metal beams with different inter-beam filling; in some areas, the floors of the first floor are made in the form of a system of metal beams with inter-beam filling from monolithic concrete. Stairs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers and beams. The roof is pitched, with an organized external drain. The roof is made of galvanized steel sheets on a wooden crate.

The results of the inspection of building structures

The technical inspection of building structures of the building has been completed. The physical deterioration of the building as a whole in accordance with VSN 53-86 (r) is 42%. A survey of the foundations with a fragment of the pits found that the foundations are in working condition. According to surveys, the maximum position of the groundwater level is expected during periods of heavy snowmelt and precipitation at a depth of 1,9 m from the earth's surface (absolute elevation 1,30). Based on the results of the chemical analysis of water, it was found that groundwater is not aggressive towards W4 concrete. The natural foundations of the foundations of the building are sands of silty and medium size, gray color of medium density, water-saturated marine origin. The normative depth of soil freezing is 1,68 m. There is no drainage system. The foundation structures of the building are in a satisfactory condition and are suitable for further safe operation. The stresses acting on the sole of the foundations are 142 kPa, the calculated resistance of the foundation soils (for different foundations) is in the range of 257 kPa. The floors of the 1st floor are in an unsatisfactory condition: the wooden elements of the floors of the 1st floor are damaged by biological corrosion, the metal beams are damaged by corrosion, the floors have deformations in the form of subsidence and need to be replaced. Brick walls in general - in working order. Inspection of the strength of masonry walls by a non-destructive method using a spring hammer PM-3. It has been established: brick strength - 14,75 ÷ 24,4 MPa, mortar - 0,8 ÷ 1,78 MPa. For the design resistance of brickwork to compression, the value R = 1.43 MPa is taken. The outer walls of the verandas in the axes В-Г/1 - 1-3 and В-Г/1 - 8-10 are in an unsatisfactory condition and need to be replaced. The slabs of the 1st floor on the site along the B-V/4-7 axes are in poor condition: the metal beams are overloaded at the time of the survey and need to be strengthened or unloaded Ceilings of the 1st floor on the site along the axes B-V/2-4, B-V/7-9 are in poor condition: the wooden beams of the floors are overloaded at the time of the survey and need to be strengthened or replaced. The overlap, except for the sections listed above, is generally in a satisfactory condition and is suitable for further safe operation after repair work has been completed. The technical report on the inspection of building structures recommends that all wooden floors on wooden beams be replaced with floors made of non-combustible materials. The truss system, except for the section in the B-D / 6-10 axes, is generally in a satisfactory condition and is suitable for further safe operation after repair work has been completed in the damaged areas. The truss system on the site in axes B-D/6-10 is in disrepair: the elements of the rafter system are damaged by fire, individual elements along axis 6 and in axes A-B/9-10 at the time of the survey were damaged by biological corrosion up to the full cross section and require replacement and restoration. The roof, except for the area in the B-D/6-10 axes, is generally in a satisfactory condition and is suitable for further safe operation after the reinforcement of the crate. The roof on the site in axes B-D/6-10 is in an emergency condition: the elements of the lathing are damaged by fire and require replacement and restoration. The structures of the stairs are in a limited working condition. When performing repair work, it is recommended to clean the metal elements damaged by corrosion and perform anti-corrosion treatment of all accessible surfaces.

Accepted design solutions

The project provides: Replacement of interfloor floors on wooden beams with reinforced concrete monolithic (concrete B20) on profiled flooring H114 750 0.8 and metal beams 6 and metal beams from I-beams 18B, 25B and 25Sh according to STO ASCHM 20-93. Replacement of the floors of the 1st floor (monolithic and on wooden beams) with a monolithic (concrete B20, F100) floor of the technical underground. The device of monolithic support pads 300x250 and 400x250 in size (fine-grained concrete B15) under the floor beams. The device of monolithic belts (concrete B15) under the beams of the ceilings of the verandas in the axes V-D / 1 - 1-3 and V-G / 1 - 8-10.
